Lost a customer! I was seeing Bethany who does fantastic work but she was out for a few weeks. Scheduled my teen daughter with Jordi for a cut and pink streak. She told me the streak would cost $20. I dropped my teen off for her cut/color and when I picked her up the bill was $25 more than I was quoted. Jordi said the streak was $35 and she added on a glossing treatment for $10. Her $20 streak cost $45. Unethical and unprofessional. Worst part is, the owner was standing right there and didn't chime in it all. This must be a frequent practice at the salon. Shame on all of them. They just lost two customers and believe me, I'll tell anyone I know who asks about their shady practices. BS is what I say. I NEVER would have let the child have the streak for $45. Never. I could have done it at home for half that price. Sorely disappointed.
Never a bad cut or color!. I've been going to the salon since 2005. I drive all the way from Mill Creek every 4 weeks for a color and cut. All the girls do a wonderful job on my hair, I usually see Bethany and she spends time listening and working on your hair, never in a big hurry. Rene, the owner, is an absolute sweetheart, as they all are. I highly recommend this salon!
Very happy with results!. I was so happy to find a hair stylist near my home. I am always nervous about trying somewhere new, but my previous stylist died (and he was wonderful) so obviously I needed to find someone else- always a daunting task! Rober Scott is walking distance, so what the heck I thought. The new gal, Jessica did a wonderful job. My new do and color was exactly what I had asked for and I was so grateful to find someone nearby. I've not been to anyone else at Rober Scott, so I can only speak regarding Jessica and I would highly recommend her!
Amazing. What a friendly fabulous event. Went in for a hair cut an an idea of what I might like. The stylist took the time to listen and totally nailed the look I wanted. I loved the personal attention and the friendly enviroment. Stylist event took the time to show me how to duplicate the look at home with the help of some great products available at the salon.
Terrible. I went for a simple haircut and was very disappointed. The inside is horrible and is not reflected by the website. The sad thing is they charge the same as Regis where even allowing for the lack of personality at least you know you will get a decent haircut. Honestly go anywhere else.
