“Best in the Business.”. American Towing is the premier towing outfit for Snohomish County...possibly the State of Washington for that matter. For nearly thirteen years of Law Enforcement service, I have come to appreciate and respect Mike and the American Towing crew as being the most prompt, clean, friendly outfit I have come across. Mike and the crew routinely go the 'extra mile" for customers and for the general public for the general good. Mike has a very solid reputation which has been earned by his morals and ethics. I could go on and on about the positive experiences- for there are so many. I can not think of one, even minor, bad thing to say about Mike and American Towing. Top notch people and equipment here. Hands down, the best, down-to-earth guy you will ever meet with the biggest heart of gold there ever was.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!. I THINK THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER... I GOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT LAST TUESDAY AND I TOTALED MY CAR. I ASKED AMERICAN TOWING TO TOW MY CAR TO A DIFFERENT AUTO BODY SHOP. THEY WERE WILLING TO WRITE A CHECK RIGHT THEN AND THERE FOR THERE TOWING, THE GUY THAT TOWED MY CAR TALKED TO MY FATHER ABOUT THE CAR AND TOWING IT TO THE LOT I WANTED AND THEN AFTER MY DAD HUNG UP THE PHONE THE GUY TOWING THE CAR TOTALLY LIED TO ME AND SAID THAT MY DAD TOLD TO SIGN A RELEASE OF AMERICAN TOWING IMPOUNDING MY CAR... ME AND MY FATHER WENT TO AMERICAN TOWING TO LOOK AT THE CAR AND MY FATHER PICKED ME UP FROM THE SCENE AND THE RECEPTIONIST STARTED SWEARING AT US SAYING GET YOUR FAT A** OUT OF MY OFFICE AND JUST BEING PLAIN OUT RUDE... THEY WOULD NOT LET ME GET THE KEYS TO MY OWN CAR AND THEY ALSO WOULD LET ME GET ANYTHING OUT OF MY CAR AND SOME OF THE STUFF I NEEDED AND THEY TOLD ME NO. SO I JUST HOPE PEOPLE THINK BEFORE THEY USE THIS TOWING COMPANY BECAUSE LIKE I SAID THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

A wonderful end to a bad day.‎. I was involved in an accident the other day, I was pretty shaken up and the police asked me if I thought I needed a tow truck. Well I wasnt sure but it looked like the front of my car was pretty bad. I had no one to call to have them come look. I told the officer I wouldnt feel safe driving it home so yes. I read some things in the newspaper about the towing companies in Everett over charging so I was a little worried. All to my dismay, The man who came to help me was clean, friendly, proffesional, and did his job very well. He delivered my vehicle to the shop and then took me home. 5 miles from his shop the other direction, NO CHARGE. This whole process was hassle free. I cant believe that people would think these charges were too much. I have comp and collision so my insurance paid all charges. These guys have thankless jobs. I just wanted to do my part to say AMERICAN TOWING is the GREATEST.

Worst tow company on the planet!!!!. No after hours release, no telephone number works. Would at least to expect an answering machine considering the business they are in. Used Everett Police Dept. to help, and even they could not get an answer. If I was the City of Everett PD, I would take them of the tow company rotation.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
