don't be fooled by what you see, dig deeper, then turn around and run the other way with your child. When first enrolling my child at this facility, it seemed to be great. But after a few weeks of my child crying and relaying stories (he's almost 4), I realized differently. I started picking him up at random times and sending family members in unannounced to get him. After a few months of doing this, I realized what you see on the surface of this center is not how it really is. What your told in the tour is nothing but a sales pitch to get your child in the door and take your money. The daycare is a very dirty facility. broken & outdated toys. paint chipping off the walls. unprofessional staff. I've seen staff members using cell phones when they should be watching kids. I've overheard gossiping while picking up my child. I've overheard MANY personal conversations between staff members, that parents (or kids) shouldn't hear (for example, talk about partying, talk of an intimate nature, over due bills, relationship issues, etc). I once entered the facility to find a staff member being reprimanded in front of children, co-workers, and parents. My child's teacher was very negative. Had nothing positive to say about children. Dirty disgusting bathrooms. Girl's bathroom is located out front in a way that anyone entering the building can see the girl's going to the bathroom. No stalls seperating the toilets and girl's of a certain age are not allowed to close the door for privacy. Dirty nasty stains on carpets. I've walked outside before to get my child to find one staff member hitting her coworkers bottom in a very sexual manner, in front of children. It took 2 months of not only myself seeing/hearing this unproffesional behavior, but my family members also, for me to take my child and find an amazing daycare in the area (Kids 'N Us).
