hospital stay. I, live in calif and my granddaugther had to have surgery,. I went online to find a florist and flowers by Karen was the one I choose, They were really great, i made a mistake on the message, e-mailed them and they chanced it with a note back saying the would take care of it and the granddaugther. Everyone said the flowers were beautiful!!!! I would most definitely use them again. gma from ca.

Incredible personal service, creativity, and attention to detail. So far we have only needed to use Karen for little things, mostly dance flowers and a few hostess and condolence type arrangements. But she puts so much of herself into these small jobs, she goes way above and beyond to create something so much more than ordinary. My daughter has been thrilled every year with the incredible corsages Karen has created for her; they are truly extraordinary. Karen is not a florist, she is an artist. She is also extremely patient and intuitive, able to work with teens who are not sure what they want and change their minds umpteem times and still come up with something unique and beautiful in the end. This area is lucky to have her.

Excellent quality and customer service- exceeded our expectations. We met with Karen having literally no idea what we wanted for our wedding other than how much we were able to spend. She patiently sat with us for over an hour on two different occasions, educating us and asking our preferences from pictures and flowers she showed us in order to ascertain what we liked most. As if clairvoyant, she later brought out a combination of flowers based on the vastly different arrangements and pictures we seemed to like most from what she had shown us. What she presented to us was essentially exactly what we had been looking for but were unable to articulate or find in any picture. She then gave us a cost breakdown of different ways we could use the flowers and arrangements we chose to stay within our budget. One of the things I liked most about working with Karen was her creativity in offering alternatives that allowed us to keep the overall price down; in other words, she saved us a lot of money without compromising the look we were after. When she delivered the flowers on our wedding day, she set everything up for us and then hand delivered the bouquets to me (the bride) to make sure I was happy with them. I was elated! I had had such a pleasurable experience working with her throughout the planning stages that it was actually comforting for me to see her there with the finished product as proof that she had really heard what I had asked for all along.

Amazing and original!. Karen was the florist for my wedding, and I honestly could not have expected a better experience. I came across Karen's work at the Everett Bridal show, which I attended with my sister who is a floral designer herself. When I saw Karen's flowers, I fell in love but I waited to hear my sister's expert opinion. Her response? ?This is the one!? Karen's work was gorgeous, original--a feast for the eyes and nose.

My wedding had a tree theme and took place in a rustic log hall, so I was looking for something a little different. Karen and her staff created gorgeous trees for each table, each different and lovely. She listened carefully and excitedly as I had talked to her about my vision for the bouquets--wild, natural, colorful--and her eventual creations almost made me cry, they were so lovely and so perfect.

I cannot recommend her strongly enough. I've sen her traditional work...it's wonderful, but her originality and vision is what makes her work really stand out!
