Please Read - This is the Honest Truth about my call! – I called a few days ago regarding a auto that was showing up on their website - that I knew 100% that it was no longer for sale! When I called and asked the salesman if it was available - he said, "Yes" - but it's in service! I knew that wasn't true!
3 Days later -The Auto is still showing up on their website for sale. I called today & talked to a Sales Mgr. to ask why I was told by a sales rep that it was available (even though I knew it had been sold) - and that it was still showing up as available.
The Sales Mgr. said, "We have a marketing department who doesn't always put correct information on the web, when I questioned him about that statement, he said, "They are human and make mistakes!" He even went so far to say, "they had listed that they had a Ferrari - and he told me - "We didn't"!! I got the impression he thought that was funny!
THEN - AND THIS IS THE WORST PART and something that is so illegal it isn't funny - he disclosed to me about my Son's credit - that it was bad - that they had to really bend over backwards to help him - and that was why he was charged so much - and given so little for his trade in!! He said if you have bad credit - the bank has to charge more for the auto. I always thought the dealership set the price - and the trade in value - and then it went to finance and depending on your credit - you got either a low interest rate or a higher one - but that it didn't have anything to do with the final price of the item for sale - or any trade in value!!
I was so mad that he was saying negative things about my son - their customer!! I told him - don't ever call us about selling us a car - and that I didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me! That was when he said, "Well, all our calls are recorded (which he NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME WHEN WE STARTED OUR CONVERSATION) - and that I WAS THE ONE BEING DISRESPCTFUL! Unreal!!!
I really hope they did record our call - because I will be calling this persons manager tomorrow to find out why I wasn't told that my call was being recorded - and also why they were giving me personal - credit information about my son! It's none of my business and they never should have told me any of that!!
This Dealership is Amazing – I purchased a Cobalt back in January from a dealer in Texas and the car turned out to be a total Lemon. After several trips into the service department for several different issues and 2 months of fighting with General Motors, I finally decided it was time to get rid of that car and get into something safer. It was a challenge, but the team (namely Tony Raffaelli and a few others) worked their butts off to help me get a new car and they succeeded. The customer service is great, they really make you feel like you are a personal friend, not just a customer. I highly recommend this dealership!
Best Car Deals – Return Buyer and even more satisfied than the first time I visited. Tony and Randy were incredibly helpful in trading in two used cars and walking away with a car that fit both my needs and wants. They were very knowledgable on all the cars on the lot as well as the ability to get the best deal. This dealership has set a standard for car trading that will be very hard to beat by any of the others. I tried a couple of other dealerships prior to Haselwood but the deal I got there was not even comparable. If you want to buy a car and don't want any hassle or pay any more than you have to go to Haselwood and ask for Tony.

When the original trade in quote was given to us, we countered with our kbb find and Tony took that request to the powers that be and it was accepted. Exceptional Customer Service – We arrived at the haselwood dealership and was immediately greeted by Tony. We were there to test drive a specific car that they had online. Tony was very prompt and pulled the car out front for us to drive it. We then asked if they had any other vehicle in the same price point that also met our specific needs. Tony drove us around and showed us many vehicles and some info about each one. Because of his patience and knowledge of the different car lots we were able to purchase a vehicle that we love that met all our criteria. He was also very patient as we were doing all this with our 18 month old daughter! I would recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends. Thank You Tony!!

The best salesmen around! – I came into the dealership with my father planning on helping him pick out a new GMC terrain, but when they had the exact avalanche I have been searching for, for myself, I found myself working with Tony and Brandon. They got me more for my trade-in than any other dealership I had talked to! They were very kind and generous. They were always checking in with me asking if I wanted them to cook me hot dogs or get me a soda or water. The check engine light came on the first day I had the truck, and it wasn't technically covered but they fixed it anyways. Tony also gave me some stuff I needed to hook up my trailer for free, so I didn't have to go out and buy it myself!.
