KAY SONG FROM SHOE DEPARTMENT – I went in to the Vancouver Mall Nordstroms shoe department a few days ago for some flats. The female "Kay-song" that helped me was extremely RUDE. even her presence makes me feel UN-welcome(and I'm not the only one that has felt this, my mom,father,friends felt "Kay-song's" unwelcome presence) . First I asked if she had some flats in my size, and unfortunately there wasn't, which is no problem i didn't mind at all! I browsed some more and found these puma and Nike flats that are pretty cute, i didn't have any socks with me so i asked for the ones nordstroms provides, she asked me " Why do i need the socks when woman should be clean".. OK WELL THANKS FOR IMPLYING THAT I'M NOT CLEAN.! seriously how rude is that?!?! I am a CLEAN LADY thank you! I wanted to protect my own feet because i don't trust OTHER woman. ALSO she told me how much the shoes i liked were uncomfortable and nobody likes them( WOW great customer service lady!...NOT). i ended up leaving because i felt she was a little rude and i couldn't find what i liked. Well i ended up coming back 30 minutes later because i needed flats ASAP for work that day, i asked a different lady for flats in my size, i guess she was busy because she asked another person to get them, i turn around and look who it was, it was KAY-SONG, after kay-song was asked to get the shoes in my size the lady pointed her towards me and kay-song said " HER?!" and rolled her eyes, as if I annoyed her???? when she was the RUDE one. I ended up getting some flats even though she was rude, i needed some for work. when i got home i noticed she gave me the display shoe, i have a feeling she gave me the used one because i made the comment of not wanting to try the display with no socks on because that is gross to me ( I don't know who tried those shoes on, come on, that is gross!! most people would think the same!) , since she did that i didn't even wear them to work because i thought that was just evil and rude & i returned them the next day. all in all i LOVE nordstroms. i just think that Kay-song should NOT be working here. WORST service EVER!!!! please take care of this situation, Because i well check up to see if she has changed her RUDE attitude and let TRAVIS, JESSICA AND the ALL district managers know about this rude lady "KAY-SONG".

This store gives Nordstroms a bad reputation & they do not except brand new with tag returns without a gift receipt or "tracking sticker." If you're looking for quality try the downtown Portland location- its worth the extra driving time.
