Reviews for Perfect Look Salon

The review below sounds like a disgruntled employee or someone other than someone who actually has been to Perfect Look or they would have known that until recently they did not accept appointments; if you wanted an appointment with one of the best you would have to wait. I have been using that Perfect Look and that stylist for years (10 plus) and have never had a problem. I have her do my haircuts, coloring and perms. She has never been anything but perfection for all. I have also watched her correct issues brought to her by clients and other sylists. The reviewer below must have been hard of hearing or having a bad day because that particular sylist does not do anything without consulting the client at the beginning and throughout the process so they either were okay with what was being done or were mute. Like I said at the beginning sounds like someone who has a personal vendetta not someone who actually has had services done at that salon.

Yeah never again..... – I went here because my friend suggested this person and I went with the friend that suggested the person. On top on going here we had to wait like 1.5 hours to have our hair cut. Finally,It's my turn and she introduces herself and she says I am so and so and then tells me she has been cutting hair for like umteen years or so then says I am the manager here too.I was like awesome I got someone that can cut some hair finally.Well while cutting my hair it was almost like she had a lapse on how to cut the style I wanted and couldn't remember how to do it.Then she tells me that long hair intimidates her especially blonde hair and my hair is down to the mid waist section. Then says I won't be unhappy and while putting down all the other salons and laughing as she is telling me this.I get up from the chair when she is done and looks all fine and dandy and then I get home and it has dried by now and she has cut my hair in steps and taken chunks out of it where they were not supposed to be and looked like I stair steps. So I call them that night and go back for them try and fix it but no money back offered. So the same women sees the problem and tries to fix and can't figure how it happen and how to fix it and then she asks the other stylist to fix it and they kept cutting away and away and made it worst I finally just told them no more it has taken my hair almost a year to grow back and $300+to fix her mistake. So my suggestion is she needs to retire and put the scissors away.Only cut her family's hair and friends from home.
