We purchased a 2013 Chevy Volt and could not have had a better experience. The past times we have purchased new vehicles made us reluctant to go through the ordeal again, but the experience we had with Cascade Auto Center and Randy definitely changed our minds about that. We thank you for making buying a new car fun again.
My story, although lengthy in time span, ends with an overall positive result. Beginning in the spring of 2013 we experienced several (electrical) problems with our 2012 Equinox. After multiple visits to your Service Center and a considerable amount of time you were able to resolve many of the problems. However, some problems remain, one of which is a serious safety concern..... headlights going off! Display lights have stayed on with the ignition turned off and key removed, remote entry failed, multiple times of a dead battery and on and on. Throughout the experience we feel Cascade stayed with us and did all in their power to resolve the issues. We discussed going the Lemon Law route to get into a different vehicle and Cascade personnel were willing to work with us and deal with General Motors to get the 2012 Equinox replaced. Bottom line, it has been a lengthy and at times testy experience, we basically are content with the outcome. We were able to get a 2014 Equinox as a replacement. Although the 2014 does have a couple of options we wanted and obviously a couple of years newer, the out of our pocket money to get rid of the 2012 Equinox was about $5000.00 more than it should have been. At least now we are comfortable if we go somewhere and don't have to be concerned about getting home before dark. Thanks Scott, Eric, & Bill for working with us through this negative experience and turning it into a positive one.
I believe your dealership takes great measures to make sure your customers are happy. I will certainly buy my next vehicle through you just to have the confidence of a good service department. Jamie is a gem and a great asset to your company.

Cascade Auto continues to meet my expectations for efficient, no hassle, friendly service. I enjoy going there, and I can't think of one thing at this time that they need to change. They seem to put great effort into making the service experience the best in town. I have purchased several new cars over the past 20 years from other dealers (Nissan and Toyota), and I can truly say that this dealership is one of the best in Wenatchee.
I love the guys in the repair department. They are great to work with and work hard to meet the customer's needs and to make them (customers) feel great.
Keep doing like they are. They make me feel that not only my business but I, as a person, matter to them.
Jamie Dunn is an exceptional employee. She made me feel welcome and important and explained my service options very clearly. She entered my info into her computer so that when I return the process will be even smoother and quicker. I bought my Impresa in AZ, but she treated me like a valued customer at her facility. I did find it somewhat awkward to drive into the service dept. and there did not seem to be a convenient place for my friends to wait for me while I was getting my car checked in. They had a hard time turning around in the parking lot area.
