great people , nicest vehicles in spokane , the third vehicle i've bought !. if you like straight talk , no hassle buying this is the place . they specialize in high line low mileage cars and suv's . We shopped seattle and portland for our bmw , and bought ours at heads up auto sales . we saved big bucks and it didn't take all day to do it !! we had a lot of fun there , not you typical car lot !!!

It was FUN to buy a car there!. This was an excellent experience for me...being a single mom I was overwhelmed and just plain sick of the typical way that some car dealers treated me...pushy, and obnoxious and wanted to keep me there even when I wanted to go. Bill and John at Heads Up actually took the time I needed to make up my mind and then even kept my kids occupied while I did the quickest paperwork I have ever done! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience and a super nice clean car. I was impressed with the quality of the cars and trucks there.
