This award-winning restaurant chain is known primarily for its baby back ribs, but through the 30-plus years since its flagship location opened in North Miami, the family-friendly menu has expanded to include barbequed chicken, char-grilled steaks, burgers, pasta, seafood and salads. All ribs are served with one of the accompanying sauces (Original, Carolina Honeys, Blue Ridge Smokies, Red Hots, or Honey-Chipotle), and two sides like coleslaw, fries, or a baked potato.

Eve wouldn't want these Ribs. One would expect a returant "famous for Ribs" would be up the challenge, Tony Romas was not. The ribs were over done and some what dry. The variety of sauces were nothing better the one could pick up at the Quickie Mart. The appetizers were typical of most returants and were not even that tasty. The onions were swimming in gooey grease and the distinct flavor of sitting in a wash room sink. If you desire a nice time out, go somewhere else.
