This place is just fantastic every second of the time you spend there will not be forgotten. The service was great, the food was great, and the place is just awesome check it out sometime. You wont regret it.
Love this Place!!! – I just love this place...It's very nice place!
Villa Blanca – he food here is simply spectacular, I had the Japanese Mushroom Chicken, it was juicy and flavorful. The service was awesome, our server was Jenna, she was very friendly and exceptionally knowledgable. For what you get the price is very reasonable fir the huge portions. The entire decor is white and very tastefully done. This is a play that you should certainly check out!
the Villa of Beverly Hills – sexy, white, clean, comfortable, and inspired. It has gorgeous art, stylish furnishings with creative music selections. The ambiance is extremely important to us; flowers, lighting, chairs, staff. The menu is created by Exec. Chef Francis Dimitrius who attended the CA School of Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu (formerly of Koi.) Dimitrius pulls from his background in classic Mediterranean, Italian and European cooking along with Asian influences. The menu is distinctive with Mediterranean and European influences.
good but not great – I came here a few years ago for my friends birthday dinner and after watching RHoBH I decided to go and check it out again with a girlfriend. I went on a Wednesday night and the place was half full. The design and ambiance of the place is absolutely beautiful and so are all the people that work there. Ken, Lisa, their son, Martin and Giggy were also there. Lisa was very sweet, she was talking with a few of the guests and taking pictures with them. The service was good however the food was only okay.
I had the Caesar Salad, Crispy Rice & Spicy Tuna, Penne "Arra-Blanca" and Crème Brule. The Caesar Salad didn't taste good at all; the dressing was sour and the Parmesan cheese slices were hardened and old. The Penne Arra-Blanca is basically penne arrabiata (spicy sauce) but with tiger prawns; I ordered it without the prawns because I am allergic to shellfish and the sauce was too watery and nothing special. The Crispy Rise & Spicy Tuna was good but different, it had a sliver of red bell pepper on it, which was odd to me at first, but I enjoyed it. The Crème Brule was delicious, it tasted exactly how it should of and had raspberries and strawberries on it.
The table we were seated at was inside and the doors were open to the tables located outside which was nice. However, someone sitting outside was smoking and the smell came to our table and was very unpleasant for us. I don't usually mind the smell of smoke but not while I am eating and people were complaining about it. Overall, the prices were very reasonable considering the location and I did enjoy myself. I might come again for lunch but try something different from the menu. I take off 2 stars because the food wasn't that special.
Unbelievable Lunch – I had the special of Halibut, Lobster, and Rock Shrimp Risotto and was blown away. Unbelievable party in my mouth! Very generous portion and I polished off the entire thing. The staff was gorgeous and on point, I couldn't have asked for a better lunch and when the bill came I was expecting to pull out a lot more bills than what I had to. Very reasonably priced restaurant, especially for what you get.
Great Atmosphere, Service, and Food – I had a stellar experience at Villa Blanca this weekend. My darling friend of mine had a delicious lunch at this celebrity haven. The salmon salad was fantastic. The service was great - we did not feel rushed (something very rare to find in LA)! All of the staff there were incredibly accommodating and friendly. There's not much more you can ask for. Bottom line, great food, great service, and an AMAZING decor!
Thanks, Villa Blanca!
What a bad experience!!! – My sister in-law recommended that we try this restaurant, because the decor is nice, the food is good and it's owned by a celebrity.....
So we went there for an early dinner on Saturday; as we walked in, we noticed that everyone, including the hostess and the waiters, everyone thinks that they're celebrities.... they all had this "I'm a big deal" attitude, and we didn't like that at all.
The food was average, nothing to be crazy about, nothing special...
On Sunday evening, I was checking my online credit card statement, and I noticed that we were charged twice... The next day, my husband calls them and asks to talk to the manager. After putting him on hold for seven minutes, and transferring him to two other people, he finally got a hold of the manager. He explained what had happened. The manager took his info and promised he would look into it and call back. Three hours later, nothing.... So I call them back, and ask to talk to the manager. They put me on hold for like five minutes, then they told me that they can't find him, he's out, perhaps he's in.... they take our number again and promise to call a.s.a.p.
Two hours later, nothing. So I call back, really pissed off, the same lady answers. Same routine: puts me on hold forever, another lady pick up, asks me what I want, puts me on hold again, tells me that the manager is busy.. so I start yelling, then she tells me that he's there but he's busy with some people, that she'll try to grab him for me... another five minutes on hold and finally Mr. president picks up the phone. I asked him what the deal was, and he told me, in a VERY VERY RUDE manner, that he notified his accountant, but the latter one got busy, so he had to leave it for tomorrow; and he added: "not everything can be resolved in one day!".
I said, "thank you, I don't think you'll be seeing us again".
He just hung up on me!!!!!!
This has never happened to us anywhere before! So unprofessional and so disrespectful!!!!
I will NEVER go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone!!!
Best Restaurant in Beverly Hills – I've been to Villa Blanca three times in the past year, it is the best of the best! Perfect location, amazing staff, beautiful decor, incredible food and reasonably priced.
The first time I had lunch there, I fell in love! I went back nearly a year later and the waiter, Sasha, remembered my entire order, where we sat and where we were visiting from. Now that's service.
The restaurant itself may be a little small, but the decor and the food will definitely make up for that. Plus, there are definitely more than a few celebrities dining here. Me and my friend Hanna realized we had actually been sitting next to someone who is a regular on the show Pretty Little Liars.
I recommend the salmon or barbecue chicken pizza for lunch, both will definitely leave you coming back for more. I hope you enjoy Villa Blanca just as much as I do.
Most beautiful restaurant in Beverly Hills – I went to Villa Blanca last week and the food was amazing!!! Not only is the restaurant breath-taking, but the service was great. Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and I had no complaints!!! Check it out...
