The waitress was clipping her nails right there on the floor! Mediocre food and horrible, horrible standards when your waitstaff is clipping their nails and throwing them on the floor of your restaurant in front of customers. I have never been so disgusted at a restaurant!

No good – Ate there multiple times. Each was not very good. Tons of other places that are a lot better.

The quality has fallen severely – When we arrived, there was only one other table occupied. The dining area was dark and everything looked like it hadn't been cleaned or dusted in a few years. Our server seemed new and a little flustered and kept running back and forth around the restaurant for things like water glasses and straws. We ordered out dinners and received our egg drop soup right away, which was good. The egg rolls came shortly after and were the high point of the meal, since they seemed to be lightly breaded and rolled by hand. However, the hot mustard that was brought out along with them seriously tasted like it has some sort of industrial cleaner in it. Not only was it in one of those yellow picnic-style squeeze bottles, it smelled like it had gone bad, which started to make me think the owners are not as clean as they once were. Our dinners arrived and I was very unimpressed. I ordered General Tso's Chicken, which turned out to be pre-packaged, breaded chicken, and was extremely overcooked to the point where I was spitting out pieces of the breading because they were too hard to chew. The chicken inside was overcooked, dry and dark gray in color. The General Tso's sauce, which is supposed to be sweet and spicy, tasted a lot like sesame chicken sauce and was not spicy at all.

My fiance ordered the Hot Garlic Shrimp, which contained 12 pieces of shrimp floating in a dark brown sauce that was eerily similar in taste to my General Tso's Sauce. There were no vegetables served with it, even though the menu said it came with water chestnuts, pea pods, etc. The worst part was that the shrimp were very overcooked and tasted very fishy, which led me to wonder if they were spoiled. She ate some of my chicken because I didn't trust the quality of the shrimp. By the time we wanted our check, the place was almost full and they still only had the one server.

I used to like this place, but I wouldn't recommend now. The cleanliness of the establishment is what concerns me most.

becareful of food poisonnn... – I've been eating in this restaurant couple of times and most of the time they were okay. The service is not that good and the atmosphere of the restaurant also not really comfortable. The food overall is fine but yesterday I just realized that the egg rolls are not fresh anymore or they probably expired already. AS a result, I got food poisonnn because of that. I don't really recommend this restaurant.

Yikes! – Not happy at all. Appetizers were ok, but the two beef dishes we ordered were simply unedible. Words to describe the beef: textureless, slimy, questionable. The manager resolved the issue by giving us fried rice to go, meanwhile the couple across the room were also unsatisfied. They ended up walking out causing a pretty big scene, meanwhile they still charged us for awful food we barely touched. The managers were apologetic while we were paying our bill, but that really does not cut it. Apperently this restaurant has won many awards but my date and I left wondering what the h*** was that! Do not recommend at all. No substitutions on ingredients either. Maybe would like to avoid on a Sunday.

trash left behind – i manage about 67 units on the eastside 8 apartment buildings and i just spent the last half hour cleaning up about 200 menus left in our halls

i would never recommend a place that has such a trashy service

if there reasturant looks like my hallways did i would not be suprized if there were critters in there

happy dining !!!!! look out for critters..................

One great restaurant – This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The whole experence was great. They offer a traditonal chinese apsmophere, and there food is beyond belief. It is like nothing like your normal takeout. The service is also very good, (I got my food less than 15 minuents after I ordered it!) I would recomend this restaurant to people who are looking for a good first date, or for anyone looking for a good night out. Also this restaurant is vegie and vegan friendly for all those meatless people out there like me.

Billy Ho's is the Best – William Ho's is the best food I've ever had...not just best Chinese (even though it eclipses the competitors), but the best food period. I hated Chinese food before i ate at Billy Ho's, now I can't get enough. I go there so much, I feel like I'm paying rent.
