rude associates very unhelpful – Hi..I recently visited a radioshack store located in Marinette,Wi 54143 located in the pine tree mall...I wanted to pick up a cell phone for my brothers Bday today and decided just to get him a pay as you go phone to see if he likes it and to give him a feel for using a cell phone and to bring him into the year 2010...I was surprised to see the store still closed as others were all open around it..not a big deal at the time..I noticed a girl inside the store and asked what time that the store opens..she said at 11 a.m which at that time is a 15 minute wait..so I decided to sit and wait..I watched as she sat in the store watching t.v as I waited..and waited..Well she opened the doors at 11:04 and let me in..I was the first customer to walk through the door no greeting nothing..she headed to the back room..I went to the phones and made a comment that the store was supposed to be open at 11 not 11:04 I do have a cellcom cell phone it has a clock..well I sat and waited in front of the phones with no service for another 15 minutes as she asked other customers if they needed help also there was another person working named jerad..he waited on others even though i was in the store fitrst..well he walked over near me within ear shot of me and I made a rude comment that these a-holes will not give me service even though I was in the store first..he gave me a dirty look....he than finished with the customer and asked if I needed help..I said well yes I need help I pointed to the phone I wanted to buy he said out of stock..I pointed at another and the same answer..I said well what do you have in stock he stated alot of stuff...I said I was in the store first and he waited on others b4 me he said the man he was helping was waiting since saturday although I was the first person in that store and waiting now for 30 minutes...He said well you can be the first to leave also..omg..I have never been talked to like that ever by a store employee..I do not care if I said he was an a-hole for not opening the store on time and not giving me assistance when i was clearly the first one in that store or not..he should have saved my business..well I asked for the general managers phone number and got a card..i had to write the number down and I decided just to call the store and speak with the girl that was there..well I called and she asked if she could help me...I asked if she was just a employee or a manager she said if I have a problem no matter what she could help..well I told her that jerad had told me to leave as fast as I came in and she said...well you have my general managers phone number thats all you need..lol.....I will not shop your store ever in my life again...I will go else where and will make sure to tell all my friends not to shop you as well...I am going to call the general manager but if he is anything like them I am sure to get no place fast...I have worked in customer service and I know how to keep a customer with pleasants smiles and a simple I am sorry normally can calm people..but your employee's shoyuld learn this instead of telling people that they can be the first to .leave as well as the first to enter the RADIOSHACK I have never been asked to be the first to leave when I came there to spend money...All I wanted was help in the order I enetered that store seeing as how she made me wait 20 minutes almost even though she could have let me in early and just look at the items...she was just watching t.v

When it comes to selection, the Kmart of electronics carries practically every tech goody under the sun. – In Short
While the name dates back to the invention of the radio at the turn of the 20th century, today the electronic store offers a myriad of modern technological finds. With equipment ranging from the latest crop of cell phones, digital cameras, batteries, and various accessories for the home, car and office, the store can outfit even the most electronically-challenged shopper. The sales associates are dedicated, knowledgeable and quick to assist and answer any questions. And yes, you can still buy a radio there, too.
