Aviod in eveinng – I like the location, but the parking is awful. It is always hard to find a spot. We always make sure to get there about 30 minutes early so we get a good seat in the back of the theater.
Not too great & getting worse – Prices are too high and are constantly climbing. The food is too expensive and most of the time cold. The service is slow and the sales people are often rude.
Definitely Expensive... – Need to offer more value for the money..tickets, popcorn, drinks, and candy for 4 is over $60! Might just as well wait for the video and save $50 as the theater quality isn't as nice as other's I;ve seen.....and often dirty too.
Don't come to The Woodlands – The only reason I go here is location. The theater often over sells seats. The ticket prices are too high, and customer service is poor. With all the new construction in the area, and buisness that have located to the area, the parking is becoming a problem.
They're proud! – Tinseltown /Woodlands is way too proud of itself. The prices are outrageous and service terrible. There is no crowd or noise control and it's just more hassle than what it's worth to see a movie there anymore.
great movies but the prices are to high – I like all the movies but the prices are way to high so i can't go every weekend even if the prices went down just one or two dollars i could go but jez right now i can only go every other month.
terrible – It's outdated and the concessions are expensive and lack quality. The projection and sound is old. There are no THX certified screens and the only reason to go is because it's the only theater in The Woodlands. But we deserve better. I was in Mexico this summer and They have better theaters than we do.
Tinseltown is great! – I take my 2 boys (ages 3 and 5) to the movies pretty often (once every week or 2)and we always have a good experience at this theater. I especially like booster seats that are usually located on the floor at the front under the screen...I just wish they had more of them. I also like the extra sanck counters in the back. They never have long lines which is important if you have a 3 year old to keep track of. I have never gone when the movie was oversold, however I did get there late for Scooby Doo and it took a while to find a seat for all of us. The parking, however can be pretty awful if there is an event at the pavillion. They should maybe limit parking to 2 or so hours to prevent it from being overtaken by pavillion traffic.
Turn it down before we all go deaf! – Nice Theater, but why oh why must every movie be so painfully loud? You should be able to go to the movies without having your ears ring afterwards. Also 7 bucks is a little high to have to sit through unwanted commercials prior to the show. I refuse to patronize any of the advertisers. Just like telemarketers, they have no right to advertise in a space that you already paid for. The facilities are very nice however
