This 1963 movie house was restored to it's former glory by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen. It has state of the art projection, cushy seating, a small collection of science fiction memorabilia and a stellar snack bar (chocolate popcorn--yes please!)
Renovated to its original 1963 splendor (Thanks to Billionaire Paul G. Allen) this 800 seat theater can't be beat for seeing your favorite new release or Hollywood classic - especially with its newly installed seats. They also play host to some great local fests like the National Film Festival for Talented Youth and Seattle's Lesbian & Gay Film Festival.

This is one of the best theaters in town. Comfy seating & lots of it. Great snacks like cupcake royale & chocolate popcorn. And always 1st rate movies!
Fantastic. This is the best place in town to see the big openings--Star Wars, E.T., whatever they're showing. The theater is big enough to get that good audience feel, and the sound system is great. While the screen that is normally used is not a bona fide Cinerama screen, it's still big enough to satisfy.
It's a Pleasure to See. After a 25 year hiatus, we saw Star Wars at the Cinerama. What a pleasure this theater is! The big screen and great sound made a so/so movie even better! The seats are comfy and I love the "stars" on the ceiling. We will definately come back to see other attractions!
