An Outstanding Arena for an Outstanding City – This is an amazing facility. The luxury seats are true to name... luxurious. The accoustics are great for hearing that hard hockey check or that thunderous slam dunk. Along with being a great sporting venue, this is a great place to see a concert. And I am proud to say that I saw Wrestlemania 21 at Staples Center!
bloodlet money, go to the staples center – This is an awesome place to go if you want to pay a great deal of money to park your car. Also, if you want to feel like a schmo and a schmuck all in the same 20 minutes, go buy a Hot Dog, and a beer after you've parked.
great sports/concert venue – I love going to the Staples Center whether it's for a concert or a basketball game. I went here for a Lakers vs. Kings game and our seats were relatively close to the court, and we had a pretty good view. The concessions food is a bit overpriced (but what sports arena isn't?), but I still love getting the hot dogs and the garlic fries! The parking can get really bad especially on a crazy game night. There'll be all these nearby individual lots which go from about $15.
Great asset to L.A. – The Staples Center is great! The seats are all great...I have gone to see concerts and games and shows and it doesn't matter where I sit, the view is always great...the food is kinda expensive inside but what do u expect, its a main attraction, although the chicken nachos are not that bad! very tasty...then there are like a whole bunch of hot dog vendors after whatever u went for...the only thing i dont like about the Staples center is the entrance....the lines are never organized....its a hassle when going in
best venue – great spot to relax and see a show and be with the family and have little to no fuss and have fun and family and
User review by mskillz – Been to the Staples Center for Concerts, Laker Games and Arena Football and I'm always having a great time when I go there. Drink prices are definitely over priced, but when you're having fun, who cares! Seating is great, but watch out when you sit in the nose bleed section... feels like you're gonna fall!
Terrific Sports/Concert Venue – I've been to Staples Center at least 15 times in the last two and a half years for a variety of events. Everything from basketball to hockey to concerts and I've sat in the fourth row, premiere seating, luxury suite and the last row. This is a fantastic venue! Inside the amenities are all top notch, food and drinks are varied and high quality. The atmosphere outside before a game is electric. If you go to see a Lakers game make sure to avoid sections 306-308 if possible. 307 is where the very annoying high school band sits. They play the same monotonous drum beat on every possession to encourage "Defense". It gets old after about 2 minutes and doesn't stop till the end of the game!!!
Print this review and staple it to your eyelids – This venue really doesn't have a bad seat in the house. I've always have had a good seat. But honestly, the top row doesnt appear to far off. Come here for a hockey game and be blown away. You can actually hear the bones breaking, and the teeth dislodging! Parking is really quite hassle-free. The only disparaging word I have for this place is it's outrageous concession stand prices. About 9 bucks will get you a couple chicken tenders and a plate of fries. A normal size hot dog alone goes for $4. But you must expect them to pay for the overhead and building costs somehow. Definetaly worth the gouging!!!
Awesome Venue – I got to catch a Kings game here and it was raucous! I had one keck of a rendevous! There were fight upon fight. Goal upon goal with the Kings coming out on top! The suites are real luxurious. But if you plan on getting yourself a bite to eat think again. Unless you want a bite taken out of your wallet! A chicken sandwich alone is about 8 dollars. A full blown meal is around 30. Its ridiculous. Another thing,. The guys in the red coats are kinda jerky. Not polite enough for my "brought up on the farm" standards. But its all good aslong as the view is nice and the action is packed full of it! Better venue than the sports arena thats for sure!
Great Venue – Came for a concert. Arrived in a taxi, it was very hard to find a taxi for the ride back. I suggest taking a taxi company number with you. Drinks are not cheap-$10 for beer. You might have better like at the bar that is on property.
