regal nails. The Regal nail salon in this mall is the worst I have ever visited! I asked for a fill in but the operator INSISTED I need a full set. She told they were having a special of $20.00. I agreed and the woman tore my nails off my fingers. Both of my thumbs bled and I had to ASK that she put an antiseptic on them. Not a pleasant experience. She was watching her asian soap opera and I was obviously in her way. Unpleasant to say the least. On completion of the "blobbed" on nail polish that took 2 hours to dry, she charged me $25.00 for the service saying that the nail removal was extra.... not to mention painful. I had to tell her 3 times that I didn't want "squared off nails" I was very clear that I wanted oval. Oval takes a little longer and that took her away from her soap! The polish came off in 2 days because she didn't paint the ends of the nails. My advise is run, do not walk away from this salon!!!! When I returned home to Knoxville, I had my nails redone. I have learned my lesson!

For ALL my shopping needs. First thing to say:A safe mall in a very safe area! It also has a lot of the newer shops that people LOVE:Victorias secret,Bath and body works,JCPenney,and lots more-which they don't have really pricey items like green hills mall does! I have never saw any gang activity or bad things happen when I have went to this mall- Its worth 30 minutes driving to this mall is all I am saying here!

Pros:Safe,Lots of the modern shops,Not pricey

Horrible Customer Service. They do have a nice variety of shops in clothing department and the food court. but their customer service is horrible. I left my purse at the food court and came back to see it gone. Yes I totally take responsibility for that. So i went to customer service to find the desk unmanned and i waited for 20 minutes. Then when he finally came around (this is not lunch hour by the way it was at 4:30) He gave me a HORRIBLE attitude. I asked him if my purse had been turned in and gave him a clear description of it. He didnt respond so I added. I hope no one stole it. And he said no one stole it you just walked off thats exactly was security said nobody stole it and like chucked my bag at me with a horrible attitude. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

There is no way to reach leasing manager "Mary".... The worst leasing management I have ever seen. There is no way you can get in touch with her. I left voice mail 3 times, no respond. I went to the mall two times, she wasn't in the office. I sent email, no reply! I don't know how she became a manager. I will call CBL and complain about Mary who is the leasing manager. After all these hassle, I decided not to open a business in the mall. A mall like Cool Springs and manager like "Mary" don't match at all! SHAME!!!

Editorial Review. Mall features more than 150 shops, including department stores Macy's and Sears and chains like Ann Taylor and Banana Republic.

Perfect for Fashion. Cool Springs has my favorites: Express, Limited, and higher fashion stores like Banana Republic. Plus it's clean and in a good location. There's also some yummy places to eat. I drive 1 hour just to shop here!

Shop until you drop. This is maybe the best option in this area for shopping..... nothing like where I'm from, but this isn't South Beach........ Alot of options and very pleasing surroundings. If you like crowds then this is'nt the place for you....

Great Shopping. good variety of shops from average to upper scale type of merchandise,mall is kept clean and is well maintained.
