Tacos and burritos are custom-made with fresh ingredients at this industrial-chic Mexican chain. – In Short
Boasting a sleek decor of blond wood, raw steel and exposed pipes, this taqueria hums with conversation and an eclectic mix of piped-in salsa, rock and reggae. Patrons--mostly on-the-go professionals and parents with kids in tow--line up at an assembly-line style counter for hard and soft tacos or burritos (regular, fajita-style or without the tortilla) made with fillings like grilled chicken or steak, free-range pork or shredded beef.
YUMMY IN MY TUMMY! – I love everything at Chipotle. It is fresh, (appears healthy), fast, and convenient. What more could you want in fast-food?! It is really the only fast food I will eat anymore. The staff is always fast and nice and you don't get the BAD 'TUDE that you do at traditional fast food restaraunts like Mickey-D's, and BKING.
I got violently ill from this place – I ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl and was throwing up and pooping violently within hours (i actually started feeling bad while i was eating it, but was too hungary to notice--hindsight is 20/20). I don't damn this place (I've had non-toxic experiences there before), but I will never go there again. I would not recommend it. They CitySearch system would not let me say f00d p0isoning.
Good and Tasty! – Want a big, hot, steamy, healthy lunch? Well, then head on out to a Chipotle near you! They are fast, friendly, and the food is pretty healthy. It is a little expensive for fast food, but I think it's worth it. Their chips are guacamole are darn good too!
Fast, cheap and good for you! – Chipotle rocks. I eat here about twice a week and the servers are always friendly, the food is consistently good, and it's easy on my wallet.
They Put RICE in it! AHHH! – Have seen them Chipotle for a while and have heard about them. Stopped in the one at Streets of Woodfield yesterday with the family.
Ordered a steak burito and before I could blink they put rice in the shell before the meat.
It was ok, the food was fresh, people nice but the rice took away from the enjoyment. Even my 11 yr old didn't like it.
