Horrible service, rude bouncers – Me and my friends were in the club, after we had payed money. We hadn't purchased any drinks yet, when one of the owners(skinny looking guy with slicked back hair) informed us that we had to leave. We asked why, and he informed "you are not in the right place". This was after we had payed the cover price, and had yet to purchae any drinks. We were not drunk, not even buzzed, and we were being kicked out just because some clown that thought he was the owner didn't like how we looked. we didn't do a single thing wrong, we were polite and nice, yet we were being kicked out for no reason at all. I hope this club changes its ways, as it made a horrible impression on us, and we have heard horrible things about it. I will never go there again, and I will be sure to inform others about such a horrible time I had there. Donot even attempt to go there, you will have a miserable time!
Not a good place for tourists – We came from Europe (english and germans) and were really excited to party there as we've been sent by another bar's waitress. Once there the boucer treated my girlfriends and i like s***, he was rude and inside we had a crowd of young people harrassing us and the boucer would'nt come and help us. We had to fight to get to the bar. The music is really oldfashioned and cheesy. The food is absolutely disgutsing,
If i had known i would have never gone to this place!
Worst party experience EVER – We arranged my bachelorette party here through a party planning service and were supposed to have "VIP package" at Leg Room. When we walked in we were "greeted" by Tony who informed us he would waive our cover "for now" (even though this was included in our package) and then directed us to our table. We had a party of 10 but the area we were directed to only seated about 7. When we attempted to pull some chairs over Tony came over and told us that our package "just" included cover and champagne and that we could pull the chair over but they had a party of 40 coming in soon and they would probably have to take the chair away from us when this party arrived. (We had pre-arranged reservations through the party planning service.) When Tony brought over the champagne one of our glasses had a very obvious lipstick mark on it so two of the girls had to share a glass and as he was popping the cork he thought it was necessary to tell us we could pour it ourselves. Both Tony and our waitress spoke to us rude tones and seemed determined to get rid of us- and they succeeded. As I looked around I saw that for the most part the bar was empty with the exception of a few clusters of people here and there and a birthday party of 5 next to us. This party of 40 never showed up, at least not during the time we were there. It is no surprise to me that Leg Room was practically empty while the surrounding bars we visited were packed. The staff of Leg Room should seriously consider getting jobs at Ed Debevic's.
Hottest Hussies Around on Wed – Come see The Kelly, Apryl and Nicole show on Wed. The hottest DJ's in town 7 days a week, fabulous drink specials all week except Fri. and Sat.
Best bar in area – We had the best time there. The crowd there is not a bunch of 21 yeard olds like the other bars in the area. It was small but we made the most of it. The decor is awesome, it reminded me of myapartment. Christy is the best bartender there, she had our drinks as soon as we ordered them, despite how busy it was. The music was alright, it was alot of mixes of house music. We love it there and would go there again and again.
This loungy bar offers a mature alternative to the Division Street meat market. – The Scene
When bar-hoppers graduate from the college crowd-heavy strip, or they just need a personality-breather in between, the Leg Room is the place to go. In the front '70s-bachelor-pad-like area are low cushy couches and a real fireplace. A low ceiling, loads of candles and red-hued lighting makes for a seductive atmosphere. Martini glasses line the large center bar, where hair-flipping single women and schmoozy single men prop themselves up visibly on high leopard-print chairs. Along the wall, small groups gather at raised tables.
The martini menu includes a dozen varieties from hard-core classics to a Red Bull version. Next to the VIP lounge in back, a DJ spins funk, lounge and light hip-hop. A small open area in front of the DJ booth often becomes a dance floor.
Great lounge with a chill vibe – Ive been here several times and have always had a blast with friends. Service is consistently good and we almost always found a place to sit and relax when we didn't feel like dancing. It's never been overly crowded, but it's definitely a popular place and has great music.
DO NOT COAT CHECK!! The guy behind the coat check is an ass and he won't even apologize for losing your coat. BEWARE!
Fabulous, if you are! – Trendy, party-goers crawl in this place! I love it! This is one of the select bars in the city to attend regularly. The drinks are great and priced to weed out all the wanna-be's. If your in the "in-crowd" bottles and the VIP area are for you!
Not enough room – The night I stopped by here, they had live music in the front with a dj playing in the back between sets. Once the dj started, there was no room to dance or get to the rest rooms...which are all the way in the back of the bar. Bartenders made pretty good cocktails, although it was touch getting their attention if you were down near the dancing.
