Good Dive – Cheap beer ($3 for Coors Light Draft). Mood was a little dark but they had tv's with the sports packages and a pool table. Good place to go to in order to waste away a few hours.

Unbelievably slow on Saturday nights – It was a total yawn fest. I don't think it can be described as anything more than a glorified living room with a bar in the front and a jukebox. At the same time, it didn't even do relaxed all that well, either. VERY below average.

relaxed in every way – easy to slip into...easy to start a conversation. A local place i hope sticks around. Darts, pool, and couches for embarrassing yourself in the back. I've done it and returned!!

Great Place – You walk in and it's like a regular bar. BUT KEEP WALKING. The back is set up like a Victorian palor and there's a fireplace. Great service and drinks. The atmosphere is very comfortable and casual. Could be intimate, could be for a large social setting. Recommended as a first date spot.

A contender in Park Slope's hipify-the-neighborhood sweepstakes. – The Scene
Pronounced "low key," this large, high-ceilinged bar is actually anything but. Neatly dressed, well-mannered 20- and 30-somethings dive for their cell phones at the first electronic chirp, giving the distinct impression that they're working on better plans for the very near future.

The Draw
But there's no real reason to move on, particularly since the Loki offers several discrete bar moods: The front section has a casual cafe feel, but the imposing wood-and-mirror bar you come to next leaves no uncertainty that you're in a drinking establishment. Stop here for a nice selection of draft beer, stiff cocktails and a touch of bartender attitude. Just past the bar, the room widens to the lounge's rec-room zone, with a jukebox, pool table and darts. Through tied-back, red-velvet curtains, a cavernous den of couch-and-coffee-table groupings provides ample space to get drunk and dish.

Best bar in the Slope – Loki has the coolest bartenders, the best pool table, a well-maintained dart board, and comfy couches for the slothful. The jukebox could use a face-lift, but if you like classic rock and jazz, you'd probably disagree.

Overall, Loki is the best bar in Park Slope, no contest.

Best bar I dread to drink in... – Loki, what can I say? Great owners! Beautiful Bar! Great space! Regulars are great but the guests suck! Too much attitude! Neighbors who like the peace(no loud music)! A bit pricey($5 drafts in Brooklyn)! Sometimes $4 drinks, sometimes...

Too much of a scene – When I go drinking in Park Slope, I'm drinking in Park Slope because I want an easy simple night out with my friends. If I get there early enough, I can usually snag a couch big enough for my friends - but if you get there later - forget it! It gets so packed they have to cover the pool table to make room for more people to stand around.

The other annoying element about it is that it's filled with people in button down shirts. Blech - who wants to wear work clothes on the weekend?
