Hysterical ROLLER RINK Pizza – Um, okay..seriously? We ordered a take out LARGE pizza by phone. Unfortunately, the very RUDE man on the other end didn't bother to tell us that there is only one size pizza - the equivalent to TINY in a regular pizza place. My husband picked it up, and when he walked in all we could do was laugh at the joke that someone was obviously playing on us. This pizza tastes exactly like the kind I got in 1985 at the local roller rink. It's tiny and the dough is basically something that I could concoct in my house with bisquick. My 2-year-old loved it though - so there you have it! IF YOU WANT GREAT, AUTHENTIC PIZZA - GO TO TONY'S IN BALLANTYNE!

If you're looking for disgusting food and bad service.... – I took my wife to the restaurant because we had heard of the place through the locals. We went there on a Friday night. Restaurant wasn't that busy. Waited 20 minutes for our drinks and another 50 minutes for our food. I had ordered the pasta with seafood and my wife a salad. The following day I was violently ill. This was the only meal I had eaten that day. Called the manager to let them know how sick I got from eating there. Now I wasn't looking for a free meal, just wanted to make the manager aware of the food they were serving. I was told it's not our problem. Fair enough. I called the health inspector to pay them a visit. Was told by the health inspector the place was disgusting. He said I would recommend never eating there again.

Best Wings Ever! – I have been to Wiseguys several times and every time, the wings get better! I didn't even like wings until I started going there. The bartenders are fun to talk to and the cooks are always throwing pizza dough in the air. The buffett is good too, but when the weather is nice, the place gets packed fast. Be prepared to wait in line on those days. It's all worth it thou. Another thing I notice every time I'm there, the people working there are all very good looking! Some of the Panthers and Bobcats go there too.

No Thank you - WISEGUY. – No WAY-Jose.

I was very excited to check this place out - because I'd heard that it was supposed to be better than Phil and Tony's and there was some odd partnership breakup story between the two restaurants - (this was supposed to be the better one). Let me assure you, I quickly learned why it was called Wiseguys. The owner (I'm assuming it was the owner) was back by the oven (just over the bar) making comments and being abnoxious almost the whole time. Commenting on our menu choices throughout our visit - as if we couldn't HEAR him. Then, he had a friend sitting by us at the bar that kept poking back behind to the kitchen area with a cigarette! I can understand smoking at the bar, but let's not invite the smoking friend to the kitchen!! It was pretty slow when I was in there and watching the useless waitress & the polite host-guy was amusing. They were eating Chick-fil-A at the bar (guess that should've told us something!)

I did like the marinara sauce - and the buffalo chicken sandwich was a great value... but I was gravely disappointed. I'll be sticking with Phil and tony's in arboretum.

Large, oven-baked pies with decidedly different toppings. – The Scene

A leopard-print carpet beckons diners past the full bar, where high ceilings and windows lend a feel of airiness, and black accents scream "upscale."

The Food

Pies come in one size, an "individual" 10-inch portion, with a thin, oven-baked crust. Upscale toppings include sun-dried tomato pesto, oven dried fresh oregano, fresh leaf spinach and sesame crusted ahi tuna. This ain't Papa John's.

Other brick-oven specialties include oven-roasted sandwiches, lasagna and baked ziti. To whet your appetite, try the vegetable potstickers--bursting with shredded spinach--or the chili-herb chicken strips with cucumber dipping sauce, a nice combination of hot and cold.
