Best Beer Variety Ever – Went to the Flying Saucer today and could not believe the multitude of beer choices from all over the world. Over 200 beers and the staff new every one of them. I told them what I usually drank and they set me and my girl up with some awesome brews. The staff was friendly, the place had character and the beer was cold. I highly recommend going to this establishment if you like beer. Oh, and the prices were very resonable. Great place.

Flying Saucer is the BEST BEER PLACE in Nashville. They have more beers than most people will ever drink in a life time, However some have tried them all. The BEERtenders know there product. When you go to the Saucer get a beer you never have had, why waste beer money on PBR or Bud when you have REAL BEER to TRY. Jill the manager is so nice to everyone. Bands on Friday and Saturdays and can also be found through the week. Parking is limited, so valet in front when possible. Average age is 25 and over. Bad points, can be crowded and hard to talk ALLOWS SMOKING, often hard to breath in the main rooms. Overall the BEST "BEER" PLACE in NASHVILLE. July 18, 2006

Go for the Beer – This location is best visited during Happy Hour, not late at night when it is overrun by Vandy students. The beer selection is huge and the bartenders can offer suggestions, although bubbas can get their Bud Lite or MGD. The menu is limited-no burgers!- and the food is edible but not noteworthy. Service is good unless it's crowded, then it can be poor. Live music is lame alternative bands.

stay away – I have had the worst experiences of my life at this place. Putting aside all else, the service here is the worst I've ever experinced. I can't understand why anybody ever goes here. Did I mention it has a view of a parking lot, and is a terrible value.
