Good Chinese Food! – Thanks to them for keeping taste of Asian food! Many places just have name, but food taste greasy and tasteless, but here you can find something Chinese. I like this place much! Their some seasonal menus are awesome too.

We love eating here. It is a nice upscale place to eat, nice atmosphere and tasty food. Have been to other P F Chang's in other cities, the one here in Nashville is our favorite.

"T.G.I.Friday's" of Chinese cuisine – Some folks think PF Chang's is somehow decent Chinese food. If you have Chinese friends, please don't embarrass yourself by praising it - it's not. The best description of this place is that is a "T.G.I.Friday's" version of Chinese cuisine.

Good Food but Crowded – I have been to PF Chang's 3-4 times on West End. The food has been very good each time (the fried green bean appetizer is a must).

The only negative is the location. Parking is usually a mad scramble (don't even try to park out front, just go straight to the garage in back, or vallet). It's also not the most romantic place on earth. Spaces are tight while waiting for, and while at your table...and it's just flat out loud. If you don't mind that, then you'll like it.

If you want the same food, cheaper, quicker, without the parking and crowds, I suggest Pei Wei in Green Hills instead.

Cockroach danced across my arm at the bar. – I usually get take out here after work. Always great food & makes great left overs the next night. So a few weeks ago on a wednesday night I went to the bar & ordered King Pao chicken. Was waiting & signed my reciept slip, when a cockroach climbed right over my arm!! I was shocked. I did however eat my food still whe I got home because I was really hungry, but every bite I brought up to my mouth was not as tasty because I know they obviously have a problem that needs to be addressed immediately.

Tempting Isn't It? – I've been three times and luckily for this review, I didn't stop at two. The 3 star review is an average of my visits. The first couple of trips would have warranted no more than a 2 star, maybe 1 star review. The food has been just mediocre (which is an atrocity for $15) and it has been phenomenal. Spicy food fanatics will climax over "hot fish". The wait to be seated has always been an issue even when reservations were in place, and that is inexcusable in my book. Verdict: dine at your own risk.

Great food and service! – My wife and I had lunch at the Nashville location today. It was a great experience. Besides the fact that the food was great for the money, the hostess as well as the server where great. The gentleman that waited on us brought me the wrong soup by mistake, however he left it for me to try. It turns out I liked the soup he mistakenly brought out. To my surprise the server brought me the correct soup, and did not charge us for it. I will definitely return here for lunch and even dinner in the near future! On a side note, this is the first time I have ever ordered Chinese food off of a menu; usually it?s a buffet style. The lunch serving was very large! I can't imagine how much food you get for dinner!

P.S. I did not valet, so I do not have anything to include on that sublect.

This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites. – In Short
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.

It might be a chain..but I love it!! – I'm not a big chain restuarant fan but I must admit I love this place. The portions are so huge you know you're going to be standing at the fridge munching on Mongolian Beef at the 3:00 in the morning. For those of you out there who want some realistic Chinese food this isn't the place for you...really don't even bother you'll be dissappointed. But for the rest of us who love our Americanized Chinese food this is the place to be, I've yet to eat a bad dish at this place and bar is phenom. Granted the wait is usually crazy long(hence the bar)if you don't call ahead and the service ok most of the time at the downtown location but the food more than makes up for all of it. In a word it's YUMMY!!

Good Chinese food -- but valet parkers will damage your car or lose your car keys – My wife and I are eating, it?s her birthday, and one of the valet parkers comes running in to tell me that a gate came down on my truck. I say great, this is the second time I?ve had a problem here. The manager of the restaurant comes up and says that he overheard me and wanted to know what the problem was. I explain that the first time we came to PF Chang?s, the valet parker went home and gave my keys to someone else, and it took us over half an hour to find who the keys had been given to. Now, we find ourselves with a scratched hood and windshield because of a fallen gate. The manager gives me a card with the parking garage owner?s name and number on it. And that?s it. I go outside, file an accident report with the police, and the parking garage employees are quick to tell me that it?s not the valet parker?s fault either. It?s the gate?s fault. A few days later, I call the parking garage owner?s number and get no answer. I leave a message and never get a call back. I guess he didn?t think it was his fault either.

It would have been nice if the parties responsible for this whole mess had shown some sort tact rather than worrying about who was at fault.

Pros- Good food.

Cons- They use a shady valet parking company, and they don't care.
