Uber-trendy Robertson boutique for designer fashions, accessories and gifts. This shop built its following based on being a celebrity haunt and arbiter of what's cool in pop culture. It's a bit more chill than it used to be though.
Tips for Kitson
Such an LA shop. In L.A., this store has gotten more press than Paris Hilton. It's packed with shoppers pawing through the piles of jeans, cashmere sweaters, hoodies, Pucci scarves, Nicky Hilton hats, and unusual pampering products. Across the street, Kitson Kids (310/246-3829) helps Britney clothe her spawn in style..
Really clever t-shirts. I stumbled on this place while waiting for my car to be serviced and found some really clever t-shirts with sayings like "Lock up your daughters" etc. I was going a little crazy buying several of these shirts.
Cute store. I agree that it's a cute store, but overpriced. The celebrities probably have a deal with the store's PR people to wear the store's clothes, so more people will buy their stuff.

My daugher loves their clothes. Yeah it's pricey but it is designer clothes. My daughter loves the clothes they have. She says it's her "style". lol
I like it here.... I like it here. Yeah, most of the stuff is over-priced and not worth it. If you take the time to look around and ask for some suggestions (I found the staff to be incredibly attentive and friendly). The book and little trinket sections are fun and not too pricey!

Why do I come in here? Jewelry. I like their expensive Jewelry. Well actually, some of it is reasonably priced...a la Aldo accessories priced.
On the other hand, they also sell some fun knick knack stuff which I'm a sucker for...a la Urban Outfitters.
I've purchased two pill boxes (I know, random, wtf) one for me and my sister, but since we have a million pills and these were decorated with words on them such as 'Therapy' and 'High Anxiety' or 'Drugs'.
I also like their ring selection! They also sell 'weed' earrings, but I'm sure you'd have to find an occasion to wear them...
Avoid On-line Kitson.
This is my first review ever---I only take the time to write as I feel this shopkitson online store should be shut DOWN-
I had/am still having trouble getting my order completed-
Ordered on-line since OK experiences from actual stores in Disney Downtown and LA location--
what a mistake!
3 weeks later, no merchandise, customer service numbers either don't work or you get a message machine that actually tells you NOT to leave a voicemail and e-mail instead- and then you e-mail to try to CANCEL and get the lame excuse that "we ran out of everything but just got in a delivery and will send out everything in 2 day with free shipping"--- still waiting....won't hold my breath...they don't care that you had ordered items as a gift and now you have to scramble to find something else for a sweet little girl....
Here is another thing I am thinking of trying- filing my first complaint with the BBB- Better Business Bureau..
I urge others to do the same-
Huge selection. From what I remember from this place, it was very colorful. There was huge selections of hoodies on one table.
