Worst food and at that price!! – You know at $100+ per plate I'd expect descent food but of the 2 meals we weren't impressed and will likely never return to either the Venetion or it's food courts and we are headed back in August.

First off my wife ordered a veal meal and it was undercooked and she only ate 50% of the meal before she gave up and said I just can't eat this it tasts that bad.

Then I'm not much of the adventurous type so I'm happy with a good burger or a pasta dinner but for an Italian restaurant no Spaghetti on the menu. I asked them if they had anything like a simple plate of spaghetti and they stated they could get me a meal off the coffee shop meny which I asked for the spaghetti meal. What I received was simply spaghetti noodles with some red sauce. I could have done this with a jar of Ragu and done better, was one of the most bland spaghetti meals I ever tasted with no meat, french bread, anything. For 50cents I could have made this dinner myself and I'm not a cook and to add insult to injury they charged the regular dining rate in the fine dining of $100 for lowsy food and not the rate of it from the coffee shop next door.

If they have an Olive Garden in the area don't waste your money and go spend it there instead as the worst item on their menu puts Valentinos to shame, I'd even recommend McDonalds over them though.

dining fiasco – Waisted a perfect evening sitting in Valentino's (called FINE DINING!), dealing with an arrogant waiter, very average food. and paid a heck of a lot of money for it. When I asked assistance in the choice of the wine and told them that my budget was around 50-60$, they told me to look in the Chianti's. No assistance at all. Incompetence mixed with arrogance is a dangerous thing.

I went there because of a recommendation in the Wine Spectator. Makes you wonder about the integrity of Wine Spectator as well.
