Outstanding. We ate here on a visit from San Francisco and it was as wonderful as anything I've ever tasted back home. A truly exceptional experience, from the professional service to the unbelievable wine list. And the food - unforgettable.
Kinks. atmosphere and most of the food was good, but they have some kinks to work out. We arrived for our 8:30 rez and got seats at the tiny bar. By 8:40 the bar area, the space between the tables near the bar and entranceway were slam-packed. Our boyfriends finally decided to wait outside. We weren't seated until 9pm but they picked up our bar tab. OUr waiter brought us bread but no butter and although we discussed the appetizer and entree I was ordering he brought the wrong entree. When he correct entree came it was mediocre - the mushroom "flan" tasted like condensed cream of mushroom soup. The other 3 people did say their meals were excellent. My appetizer was very good but salty. I would go back if someone else was picking up the tab but I prefer to spend my money at Peristyle or Bayona.
truly delish. Loved the decor, loved the wine list and loved the accomodating waitress who went out of her way for us. Every morsel of this meal was spectacular - loved the blue crab and the seafood napolean...not to menton the desserts!
Wonderful!. Best restaurant in town. Highly recommend the nightly tasting menu.
