ChefShop.com offers top-quality, hard-to-find ingredients so you can "eat simply, eat well" (their motto). This popular dot-com opened its warehouse to the public just to keep up with local demand. Food lovers linger around taste-testing tables laden with chocolates, honeys, salts, oils and vinegars. TIt seems daunting, but the staff tastes every ingredient carried. Foodies can choose from dozens of olive oils from multiple countries, rare balsamic vinegars, handcrafted English marmalades and Cuban chocolates.
