Best subs hands down! – Angie's is so good! I eat at least two to three times a week there. The staff is super friendly and always welcomes you. The atmosphere is very chill and beach like. The furniture is totally random and works great for them. It's right next to the beach, so you know that there's goin to be some good look girls ad guys there. The food is amazing in every way. The peruvian is by far the best sandwhich I've ever had. I'd reccomend this place to anyone and everyone.
highschool hangout, workers ack like idiots – went to angies it was a highschool hangout, kids everywhere. The workers were running around and hitting each other with towels. The food takes forever to come out. The quality of the food was terrible. because the same sandwhich from one day astes diffrent from the next. You can tell he is cheap and getting meat from diffrent places. the place is a dump.... Every day he finds time to change the sign out front but doesnt have time to clean the place up. Angies is the place for you if you like bad service, average food and a horribly ran dirty restaurant. Publix has a way better sub, twice the meat less money, and workers that are not playing tag while they make your food ...... and thats not saying much
This is THE BEST SANDWICH PLACE EVER – Angie's has great food, environment, service, everything. Their subs are awesome and with the call in advance ordering, you can be in and out if you need to be. I recommend this to everyone that comes into town for whatever reason, make it a point to stop and eat here. Seriously the best sub sandwich you will ever have, or at least top 3. I get the Jack DelRio Sub and OH MY GOD it is scrumptious. go there!
Best Subs ever – Love this place they have awesome subs and some of the best sweet tea ever. I eat at Angie's atleast twice a week. Another thing that is great is the prices you can get a 10" sub and drink for under $10.
a sub place that caters to the beach-town atmosphere – this place is laaaaaaaaid back. the subs are great. be prepared to wait in line to place your order and then again for your sub to be delivered to your table. you may even have to wait to get a table. the place has a ton of character. definitely try the peruvian sauce. about as unpretentious as food can get.
The best subs I've ever had – The guy who said the ingredients were cheap and the bread was stale must have been talking about the wrong place. Angie's is the best subs at the beach bar none. Definitely better than the usual sub places.
Very Local – This sub place is very local, about as old-time jax beach as they get. Fun, but please don't expect anything fancy. Very friendly service, the staff seems to know at least half the diners by name. Great cheap sandwiches served in a very eclectid dining area. Food takes a while, but hey, its a beach diner!
Best Beach Eats – Angies is the perfect place to stop in for a quick bite. Very casual and everyone is down to earth. You'd expect to see a no shirt, no shoes, no problem sign on the door. Perfect place to stroll into straight off the beach with your flops flippin and the sand still stickin' to you!
Get super subs and salads in this casual and friendly storefront, not far from the beach. – The Scene
Angie's is as carefree as you can get. The space is colorful and eclectic, filled with mismatched furniture picked up from local garage sales. Place your order at the counter, find a table in the adjacent room and the friendly staff will bring your food when it's ready. The lunch crowd varies from men in work boots to office professionals to beach-bound families.
All subs are served on delicious crusty bread, hot from the oven. Chicken salad is tasty with chunks of meat, grapes and a creamy mayo-based sauce. Mushrooms in the Derwood Kerby add an interesting twist to a ham and bacon sandwich. The basics, like roast beef, ham or the turkey club, are all delightful, thanks to top-notch meat, yummy provolone and the lightly spiced oil and vinegar dressing that's sprinkled on every sandwich.
ANGIES SUBS – JUST LIKE THE TV SHOW CHEERS, EVERYBODY LIKES TO GO WHERE EVERYBODY KNOWS YOUR NAME
