This is a carefully chosen array of goods. Imported boxes and baubles mingle with art books and posters, postcards and chocolates. The staff is helpful but not overly attentive. Ask for help if you need it. Museum members receive a discount.
The Goods
Look for unique tableware, handmade crafts, unique mirrors, teapots and more. At Christmas time, this is a great place to shop for gifts and holiday decorations. Year-round, the jewelry cases are filled with temptations: earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces in a variety of styles and price ranges. The children's section is especially fun. There are art kits, wonderful picture books, dolls and games with a historical slant.
