RIP-OFF ARTISTS & INCOMPETENTS!. A Windereme agent handled our rental when we first moved here in 2009: Nothing but slow and bungled service to us and our landlords. Then when we bought a house, the seller's agent was from this office. She sabotoged our search then ripped us off by sending a friend / agent from the N 34th Street office who later charged us to show us her friend's listing. Since this happened we cannot tell you how many people have told us they had the same experience. Nobody warned us. We are warning you: STAY AWAY...stay far away from this horrible office and Windermere. Bad juju here.
