Maybe a learning curve – Second trip back to The Other End and as an entertainer I was pleasantly surprised. We found them to be very hospitable, the food was freshly cooked to order and for a reasonable price. As a working musician these are things I look for in an establishment. Compared to the experience of our first performance there in 2011 I think they have made the establishment a more desirable place to go and have some fun.

Poor Customer Service "EVER" – If I could rate a 0 it would be here!!! How long does it take to get a refund from this place when they double dip into your debit card? Going over a month now for me. Watch your debit cards if you use them and don't plan on getting it back any time soon. Boy...I wonder how they would like it if I didn't pay my bill next time??? Oh yeah...there won't be a next time now!!! If they acted like they cared enough after my many calls to check on this (the manager never seems to be there) then I would not be so angry. But customer service does not seem to be an issue for them here. Too bad. Guess I will go to my bank now and dispute it since they don't seem to want to. It was my first visit, and now my last. I hope that was worth it The Other End. Sad for you that word of mouth about your bar from me is not going to be very good. I would not treat customers that way if I owned any establishment. I have higher standards.
Best Roadhouse in the state USED TO BE THE BEST. – Moved into town three years ago and find myself stopping in for the cold beers, excellent sandwiches, and the relaxed atmosphere. The regulars are great and there is no need to act phony!! They don't care what you are wearing, how you talk, or even if you have a platinum credit card. The prices are dirt cheap and you always walk out the door with a smile on your face!!
This place used to be a great hangout. Good people, good eats, and great drinks all for cheap prices. the People that used to own it were awesome and always made you feel welcome. New owners have no clue what they are doing and the bar staff is awful with no personality. Looks like they are in the back snorting something up their nose.
HORRIBLE. TOO BAD THE PREVIOUS OWNERS SOLD THIS PLACE.
Great Place – I would be here everyday if I lived near this gem of a bar. I believe this to be heaven. Tell my long lost buddy Kurt to call Jon Franklin at 773-551-4957. Thanks.
what a joke – If you are going through a mid-life-crisis and have decided that real estate or banking is not your thing, and your going to become a cowboy to get back to your roots, this is where you would go. The food can barely be called food, and the beer and drinks are overpriced. They have spent significant time and money trying to make the exterior and interior of this bar appear to be a locals style home town bar, but it wreaks of designer stylings and expertly crafted patinas. Nobody knows your name here, nobody ever will, and you can pay your bar tab using your Platinum credit card.
A fun, friendly roadhouse and Heber's only bar. – The Scene
A roomy locals' joint where everyone knows everyone's name, The Other End is where the cowboys come for cold beers and live music on the weekends. A beautiful split log bar wraps around at ninety-degrees, offering plenty of elbow room. Try the Jagermeister from the uber-refrigerator--it's colder than ice.
For a roadhouse with a parking lot full of pickup trucks, The Other End sports a remarkable selection of local microbrews: two or three chioces each from several different breweries. It's a private club, so there is a full bar and smoking is permitted. Several fried appetizers are available for less than $5. The cheeseburger and chicken sandwich($5-$6) are great, cooked up to order by the bartenders themselves, with the condiments served in empty six-pack holders.
Heber Comfort – This bar is just comfortable, and that is what Heber is all about. You can talk with locals or just sit and have a beer by yourself. This bar is full of people just getting off work, both local and "out-of- towners".
On Warm summer nights and cool fall evenings you can sit outside on the patio and have a beer with the clean mountain air ......this however is NOT Hebers only BAR!!! I love to relax here!
