Amnesty International has implied that Philadelphia's police officers are the most criminal in the country. Over 400 Philly cops have been convicted of crimes just in the past 30 years. For each prosecuted criminal cop, dozens more do not even get legitimately investigated, much less prosecuted, as per a 2004 prosecutor-conducted study of the Philadelphia Police Department. As such, the only logical conclusion is that the vast majority of Philly cops are criminals. Philadelphia police officers have carte blanche to perpetrate every imaginable crime -- with little fear of ever being held accountable. They are nothing more than a gang of coward thugs like any other, except that they have the so-called justice system to abuse as a weapon against their enemies (all non-cops.) Google the video "Philly Cops: Felons With Badges" to learn more about the world's most crooked police force.

Excellent. Lots of fun, the officer with the latex glove was surprisingly gentle!
