Not Vegetarian Friendly! – Six Flags, you score a zero in customer service, and in providing alternative options in your group meal plans.

My daughters attended Six Flags over Georgia on a school trip, lunch was to be provided at the park, a lunch we paid for as part of our group fee.

When lunch came, it was all you can eat chicken, burgers, and hotdogs. There was nothing at all my daughters (one vegetarian, one vegan) could eat.

They brought this to the attention of one of the chaperone's and she tried to advocate for my daughters, requesting salads for them and one other vegetarian child. The food service person gave her a hard time at first, but finally relented bu giving each of the children who could not eat meat one salad. The salad dressing provided was not vegan, so my vegan daughter had to eat a salad with no dressing. That was their only meal while at the park.

The other children ate their fill of chicken burgers, and hotdogs, why does Six Flags provide NO alternative meals for people with alternative diets? My daughters did not suddenly decide they didn't want the standard Six Flags meal, they have been vegetarian for approximately 10 years, our entire family is vegetarian.

The chaperone who tried to advocate for my daughters was also the person who booked the trip on behalf of the school band, there will likely be no more band trips to Six Flags; and our family will certainly never visit a Six Flags park.

Spend your money elsewhere – I doubt if my husband and I will ever go back after this season ends. He's been a season pass holder for 12 years, and I've been one for five years. Last year we left work early on a Friday night to ride for a couple of hours, but once we arrived, we were told the park was closed for Employee/Family night. This wasn't advertised on their schedule, and they didn't send us any emails about this. Yes, they do actually send out mass emails for other things, so I don't think this was too much to ask. Yesterday we showed up at 9:15 for the early entry only to wait in line for an hour. Once they opened the park, they stopped us at the first hill and told us early entry had been cancelled b/c of the storms the night before. We understood that part, but why couldn't they have told us that when we parked or when we asked if the line was for early entry??? There is absolutely no communication among the staff.

We travel 2x yearly to Cedar Point and King's Island in Ohio and have MUCH better experiences. The wait in lines are not nearly as long, the staff clearly has fun and enjoys being there, and the food/souvenirs are much better priced.

I called yesterday to speak with a Customer Relations supervisor, and have yet to get a phone call back. Another example of poor communication and management. Other than the rides themselves, there aren't many good things to say about this park. If you are a season pass holder and expect to have any additional benefits, forget it. The lines are soooooo long (they have no single-rider lines), the food is extremely over priced, and they do nothing to accomodate the locals/pass holders. Yes, they have some great rides, but that's the only plus to this park.

Will we give our $ to Six Flags anymore? Absolutely not! I'd rather drive all the way to Ohio to experience the best theme parks, rides, and employees!

Humiliating!!!! – I went to ride thunder River, after being in line for about an hour under the sun in the heat they shut down the ride stating that it might take 15 to 60 minutes to restart. We had the option to wait in line so I decide to leave my party at the line while I went to the rest room. By the time I came back I was trying to get back with my party but someone called security acusing me of trying to jump the line. I have never been so ridiculed in my life. Aperently if you leave you cant go back in. Places like Disney and Universal Studios will let you go out and come back in, no big deal. The service is horrible at Six Flags. Six Flags IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!! When I went to Guest relation all I got back was a stupid apology and one pass to skip a line for just one ride. I think they need to do something about the fact that most of the lines are under the sun and it is very HOT and they expect people to wait for so long without steping out to the restroom.

Miserable day at the park! – I took my six year old son to six flags today and I wish we would have stayed home instead! From I-20 just outside the park, it took over 1 1/2 hours to get into the park. Oh yeah, it cost me $15 to park. Thankfully, I printed online tickets otherwise I would have waited another hour to purchase tickets at the gate. Once inside the park, all roller coasters were between a 60 and 90+ minute wait. Are you kidding?

Just before the lunch rush hit, we got in a relatively short line to order lunch - 30 minutes later we finally got our food at the cost of $14.00 (one hamburger, fries and drink).

We decided to stay away from any ride with a wait time of 20+ minutes. I think he rode 7 kiddie rides before we decided to call it a day at 3:30 p.m. There was really no use in staying any longer.

To wrap it up, we had a hard time of finding the exit gate. I asked one of the security guards and he suggested we get into the exit line to have our hand stamped so that we could return later in the day. What a way to end the day.

Six Flags has the most rude, unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered. I contacted the risk management department regarding an incident that took place at Six Flags and was treated with the most blatant disrespect .

UNSAFE!!!! parking lot – We came to fright fest with our kids hoping to have a great Halloween. 90% of the employees we encountered were friendly, helpful, and very polite. When we left to go home we found our car had been broken into...which security informed us was a common occurrence in the parking lot.

After paying 15.00 to park, and seeing 10 cops/security guards standing around talking to each other and doing nothing at the gates exiting the park? But they know car theft/damage is a recurring problem? No wonder all the criminals have such an easy time stealing from visitors. Don"t waste your money just to get robbed!!!!

Save Your Money For A Better Family Outing – I noticed that several good reviews seemed to have magically appeared that are completely adverse to the first. Oh there have been changes, but for the worse. The prices have gone up drastically. I remember paying $20 to get in. I understand that with an increase in minimum wage, fuel costs, consumer confidence down and an overall depressed economy, that people are less likely to have disposable income.

So why so expensive for such a lousy visit? $45 per adult on premises/ $30 online (for now). Wow. I have been to prohibitively expensive theme parks all over this country. Some of them you walk away from saying, "That was pricey" but you've had a memorable time. Six Flags over GA IS NOT in that category. You have buyers remorse about a half hour (or less) into the visit.

As for the staff being terrible, that's because the company will only pay sixteen year olds minimum wage so... that's what you get. Its a fast food level of customer service with rides.

And for whomever is writing these positive reviews (one right after the other), glad you had such a great time.

Worst customer service, terrible food, not enough bathrooms, mediocre coasters – Staff was blatantly careless, indifferent, and at times flat out rude. $40 Admission was extremely overpriced relative to the quality and quantity of rides offered. I grew up 30 minutes from Cedar Point so I have high amusement park standards....but this was just pathetic. "Superman" was decent, but was extremely short. Batman was out of service. Food selections were limited to pulled pork, hamburgers, chicken fingers and pizza. Pizza was an even worse version of Papa Johns and they charged $25 for a whole pizza. They nickel and dimed us the whole day, forcing us to rent lockers for my GF's purse before boarding Goliath, $15 parking, $5 beverages. Above all, beyond the poor food, poor facilities, poor ride quality and poor ride selection, the unbelievably rude employees took the cake. I arrived at 6 flags excited and in a great mood. I left 6 flags wanting to go postal. And broke.

security is a joke – Rude terrible employees, Nasty food. One of the children in our church group was attacked by an adult verbally and was threatened (profanely) right in front of security and nothing was done. It wasnt crowded and it was a friday so that at least was a positive.
