Best Spa in the world & great staff. This place has the greatest spa pedicures in the history of man, I have never experienced any pedicure like the one I experienced here. The stylist Austin is amazing, he fixed my crazy red hair and I am forever greatful. The waxing is great, I go there for all my services!!!

Great hair cut/color - bad wax. I have been to the Spa Club twice. The first time I got both my hair and eyebrows done and the second time I just got my eyebrows done. The beautician that did my hair did a great job. She was talkative and sweet and really listened to my hair phobias before proceeding. The cut and highlight that I got were exactly what I was hoping to achieve by going there!

However, my eyebrow experience was awful! The first time I got my eyebrows done I had to point out all of the hairs that the wax did not pick up and after showing the lady three times, I finally just got frustrated and did it myself. I went back the second time hoping that the first time was a fluke...but I was disappointed again with a very similar outcome...except that one of my eyebrows was thicker than the other!

A Fun Place to Be. I had a great time at Spa Club and don't understand what the people are talking about in some of the other reviews. The staff was super friendly and my nails looked great after my mani/pedi. I loved the pedi room and loved the tea that they served me. I give Spa Club a big thumbs up! It's nice to find such a comfortable place amidst all the hoity-toity spas that Seattle has. Finally a place where I can actually relax and am not afraid to be myself.

Friendliest Spa in Town. I love the staff at Spa Club! They are all warm, friendly and do their best to provide you with all that you need. Whether it be to borrow an umbrella on a rainy day, or a little extra foot massage for my tired feet during a pedicure, they always exceed my expectations! I have never had a bad experience and the massages are phenomenal!

Best Waxer in Seattle. I frequently get my ebrows and lip waxed by Diana, she is the best!!!! No breakouts afterwards.

Average Results that cost too much!. I went in for a haircut. The scheduling for appointments was easy and the stylist was average. The atmosphere was not appealing, the waiting room was small and cramped.

I walked out with a bill over $100--for a haircut and a styling product!!!! I think that they are WAY overpriced for the what you get.

Not worth the money. Being from out of town, I went in to get a quick nail repair. The service was horrible- I walked in and was greeted with unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. My nail repair took forever- the lady had no experience and they charged me $8 for a service that usually costs $3... so guess what? No tip, and I will never frequent that place again! Rude people!

friend of spa seattle. IGNORE the bad review listed below. I've been going here ever since I moved here to Seattle from Los Angeles and this is the best pedicure spot I've found in town so far. The best thing about them is that they're not that busy and the room to get a pedicure is extremely relaxing. I've almost fallen asleep in there! My nail polish has NEVER chipped off and usually lasts up to about four weeks and I wear sandals all the time and WALK everywhere since I don't drive. SHAME ON YOU HOPE!
