It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with University Honda. I don't like any kind of high pressure or sales tactics. I took test drives, and when I asked for Costco pricing, they lived up to the no-hassle pricing policy and gave me a great price. This is a family business, and it shows. You get the feeling that the employees all like working there, and that they all are committed to making you happy too. I asked a lot of questions, and they were all answered clearly and pleasantly. I have dealt with their salesmen, their sales manager, their finance manager, and their service department, and without exception everyone was been both friendly and professional. In addition, I totally love my new car. I was replacing a much-cherished aging Volvo, and the 2013 Accord has already won my heart. It drives like a dream and has all of the features that I wanted (safety, audio, heated seats, side and rear cameras, etc,)
I am one satisfied customer I bought my second Honda from you yesterday (my first was in 2008) I want you to know that your staff does a wonderful job.
I really enjoyed coming here to this dealer they were a very clean and organized place . I was very impressed coming here today.

Went in for a quick oil change over the weekend. The service staff was very friendly and polite. The car also needed a minor service, but they didn't hassle to get it done with them unlike other places. I think I could manage to do those things myself. I even asked for a cash wash at the very last minute and he was very nice about it. Sometimes they offer discounts on their website. Highly recommend getting your car serviced here. I was in and out in less than an hour. Ask for Jarad! at the ""Express Service"" desk."
Great service department- i only needed a headlight bulb replacement but i wasn't able to get to the headlight myself, so i brought it in, they changed it for free and i was on my way in 5 minutes. special thanks to Jon for being so friendly and helpful during the process!
Great, friendly service! No one ever tries to sell me what my car doesn't need. I've taken my car for service at other businesses, only to be disappointed with medioacre or shoddy work. University Honday is my favorite place to bring in my car!
University Honda was the best experience of my life!! University Honda has been a locally owned family business for the past 21 years, when i found that out i was stunned usually car dealers are owned by big corporations that all they want is money, at Honda I felt that they truly cared about me, I had an amazing car buying experience everyone was so friendly and not pushy at all. They even let me take the car home for a night before i bought it so i could make sure i wanted it fully. Ive been to a bunch of dealer ships and have been treated poorly and pushy, the only dealership I will ever go to from now on is University Honda. At university Honda they pride there selves to treat people exactly how they would want to be treated, Ive never seen that at any other dealer before.
"Best car buying experience we had! I first shopped in the internet for a Honda Fit. Neil Gaus replied right away with price and options. He also mentioned that the Honda Civics were on sale and with the sale price, it is not much higher compared to the Fit. The sale was over when we decided to purchase the vehicle but Neil was still able to give us the sale price. He's very pleasant to deal with and is able to tune in and provide what we were looking for.

Fred Walker is the guy to go to. I understand the whole salesmen pitch but he was just not like that! He was very genuine and down to earth. He listened, gave you options to work with, wasn't pushy. He truly did everything possible to make things work. He was especially great with my kids and getting them situated so it could be a family decision. Even though I decided on a different purchase, Honda I hope realises what an asset he is to your company. And his service exceeded my expectations!!!!
Full disclosure: I've come here for many years and have always loved this place. But even for a long time customer, there's always a worry that when you going to a dealership with a specific complaint or sound you're hearing, they're going to take that opportunity to find something wrong and charge a lot of money to fix it. Nevertheless, my brakes were making a weird noise and I asked for them to check it out during a routine oil change, and I fully expected a call later on letting me know that in fact I did need hundreds of dollars worth of new brakes. What a pleasant surprise to get a phone call saying there's just a little bit of glazing, it won't affect brake performance, and your brakes are fine. Someday of course I'll need new brakes, and this is the place I'll go to get them.
