Id like to give a big thank you to John at pacific audio for doing a great job on my car stereo. I took it in really messed up and he did an awesome job rewiring all my speakers and deck. He hooked my horrifying system up and now it works great and is no longer a fire hazard. Thank you so much John and if I need anything done in the future I will gladly be a returning customer :)

Fast and Professional – This is the second time and second car I've brought to Pacific Audio to have an alarm installed. Their prices are great and affordable and their customer service is awesome. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good yet inexpensive alarm.
Personable, accomodating, and fast – From start to finish, the staff accomodated my needs without any high pressure sales. I sat on the couch in the lounge area and worked on my lap top. One of the associates offered me a bottle of water while I waited. I was surprised to hear that my vehicle was ready. I was welcomed to sit as long as I liked to finish what I was doing.
Great work – I brought my 3000gt VR-4 to get an alarm installed. amazing work! They set up the remote start, turbo timer, and a safety switch so i dont run myself over. I can't see a single wire everything well hidden.
Word of Warning – Stay away if you can. Very good at sweet talking into deals but the work they do is very low quality. When asked them to fix a problem they blamed me to tampering with it and said no.
pacific audio – ok, i love this place, i been going there for 2 years now and they always take care of me.never had issues with them at all.great installation work very professional job unlike audio express they did a crapy job on my car looked very unprofessional.so i am glad to recommend all my friends and family there. awsome work guys!!!
John your amazing.....thank you – On Thursday night I had some car stereo trouble that made my running lights and my dashboard lights to quit working. It just so happened that i buy all of my electronics from here, so I took the car in to get it looked at. It was almost 7 oclock and there wasnt one hesitation from John to help me even though they didnt cause the problem. Some nim whit decided he could hook my stereo up proper but failed to connect the right ground wire in my honda to the right wire. I had some loose wires as well that hit metal. He fixed the problem, told me that hondas have different ground wires than normal and i should have never let just a random fix my beat. If it werent for john my whole car computer would have be ruiened. he is amazing and knows what he is talking about. Thank you pacific audio...... I will always be loyal to you.
After using my Python alarm system which had been purchased elsewhere, I took my car to Pacific Audio as the alarm had developed a problem. They removed the alarm, returned it to the manufacturer for repair, and reinstalled it, without charging me for their labor. I had previously purchased two other alarm systems from them for different cars, as well as an alarm siren and an auto stereo, and had received prompt service and assistance over the years. I hope others will, as well.
Horrible Customer Service / Won't stand behind warrenty – I purchased a JVC unit last year. I was able to track down my install receipt but was told that was not my receipt even though that was what I got from them "Art's" name was on it the price and what was installed and it was on their form IE Pacific Audio. I was told by "Art" that no way it had the price on it and would not work.
The service there stinks they have an attitude that they are not there to help and are rude to customers. I only spent 547$ on the JVC and Speakers. That is not much to them but it is enough to me.
So if you are looking for Rude, indifferent treatment by a company that won't stand behind their products or installation please go there.
A work order is not considered a receipt ,and a work order dose not have a date of purchase or an invoice number that the manufacture requires to repair or replace it.
