What a great park. My uncle says there are a lot of great activities for seniors to enjoy. There are a lot of really old homes in the park but many newer ones too so don't get scared when you first drive into the park. The current mangers are very responsive to the residents needs and the park is well maintained. This park is close to shopping and freeways and he feels very safe walking around the area. Really nice clubhouse with a pool too. Nice for the hot summer days. Check out what this park has to offer and you will be ,more than happy to live there.
I have never had such wonderful service from any manager from any business then I had last Friday from the management of Stonegate estates. I came into town after business hours, the answering service answered my call regarding information on the park. The woman who answered my call informed me that the office was now closed and would not be open for business untill Monday. She did mention that she would take my number and have management get back to me as soon as possible. Was I surprised to have the manager call me with-in 30 minutes. Mary ( the manager ) was more then willing to do what she could to help me. I came from out of town in the hopes of finding a new home for my in laws who are looking to relocate from Arizona. Mary and her husband Jerry met me at the office at 7:30 in the evening and showed me two homes that I believe will meet my In-Laws needs just perfectly. I will definitely be doing business with this Community as soon as I get back with my in-laws.. To all who read this .. I highly recommend Stonegate Estates as a future home..
What a Wonderful Community. I am currently looking around for a new home for my father. I visited with the Manager who showed me a couple of homes for sale. She was very informative. I will be bringing my dad with me on my next visit next week. The property is just perfect for his needs..
New manager is bucking for a restraining order – A few of us met on Monday about the new management. I promised to add my review. Yes, this park has yet another new manager. There are a few troubling experiences and more than one long time owner angry. This new manager, all smiles and high fives, driving around, doing absolutely nothing except wasting company gas, chit chatting up the women and keeps coming onto at least one, my wife. He picked the wrong person, if he ever bothers her again he's going down. I hope the owners read this. What is this jayhole doing running around the Park after office hours, coming on to people's property, in their carports for no reason, no emergency except his sleazy snooping and peeping. This is a serious violation of CA mobile residency law. He picked the wrong woman to come onto, she's already talked to the Sacramento DA's office about this new "manager" - his own wife already has been warned by others he has managed to offend in his short tenure here.
Manager stop making review! – So many "nice peoples" been kicked out, their homes stolen by the mgmt and owners, Park filled with empty homes, peoples dragged homes by truck to other park, homes sold with bad problems, electric, plumbing, dirty, new owners (elder people) afraid to say anything fear managers getting back at them. Like one lady 69 years oldjust moved in just ask her what they did. Old set of peoples living here 25 years even is unhappy and now try to selling their homes. Get togethers just few old timers who cry about no one new want to join them. There is neighbor watch because crime high. Disgrunted ones are digrunted as last managers - lard#s# and liar - did a big lot of nothing when they was here. Place is a mess. Sewer is a mess. Backs up when rains. Drinking water is bad. I hear one old man got gas leaks. New managers are big problem already.
Sigh – I understand that folks who are not happy about something in particular are more apt to shout out about it than those who are content or happy, but I was saddened to hear what some of these reviewers had to say about this nice community. My goodness, the residents here are overwhelmingly nice AND content, we have many get-togethers and have a really good time. People are generally friendly and happy, so I truly feel sorry for the few disgruntled ones.
I liked the old Managers that just retired, and I love the new ones, Jay and Sandra, that just started. They genuinely seem to care for the seniors here as well as the community overall.

Re: The BUFFOON who parked his van in front of our house
When told about this illegal parking situation, you, the owner’s representatives, told me, that we should deal with this ourselves. Now would be a good time to remember when you first assumed this position of Management of this Park, you stated to us how “professional” you both were, having been trained in the management of Mobile Home Parks. As such then, YOU as Management are responsible for handling Park issues as relates to MH rules not to mention important Park rules, and doing so in a manner that is FAIR to all tenants.
The buffoon who parked in front of our house, much less BEDROOM WINDOW, has been doing so since day we moved in here. Exhaust fumes just fill our house. He had been told, nicely, not once, but twice, he finally stayed away, he came back, and last year when he illegally parked again, we came out and he slyly asked “oh do you want me to move”. This is willful harassment or, at this point, we must ask, could he be a pervert? After all, we know RSO's are allowed residency in this Park.
Now this year he thinks we are not home, so starts this crap again. The house alarm goes off, the motion detectors go off, and the occupant is disturbed from doctor ordered rest. You want us to handle this? How about a lawsuit against the Park owners, who pay you to HANDLE THESE ISSUES. Don’t think the Professional Mobile Home community thinks so? I have email exchanges from YOUR PEERS in the Park management business that state it is Park Management job to do so.
Should we come in to your office and report the issue of “people” who repeatedly let small children in their charge run about the streets for hours, unattended by adults, and the cars speeding by that just miss them. Want us to handle that also ourselves? I don’t think so. It’s not our business. It’s YOURS. I just don’t want it happening on my property which makes me potentially liable. Ask your PEERS about that one also, what they would think of that issue given registered sex offenders that live here.
Let us not forget the myriad other issues you the Park have allowed to fester: the tenant who sledgehammered his concrete pad for 6 months next to gas pipelines - I don't think people want another San Bruno here.
I mean every day it's some new crap. And we are not the only ones. The ones that cannot afford the attorney we have had to have on fast-dial, have no choice. No wonder so many walk around here looking like death is their best option. That makes it easy for you guys to bump up the rents, doesn't it?
Of course, getting back to the parking issue, said buffoon “works” very closely with your office doing whatever it is. Now some may make a case he is doing this in cahoots with you. Don’t take the chance that a judge and jury would not – in light of the pattern of harassment we have had to endure – think so. We hope not, but we have come to expect anything is possible in this particular Park. Handle this ourselves? You wouldn’t want us to start doing that, trust us. We don’t utilize “redneck justice” as is so often bandied about here, we do it using professional means: If we have to do YOUR job, we WILL get paid.
Fed Up Park Tenant
West Coast Mgmt - wake up and smell the water! – Once again, no water for over 24 hours, no one answers the phones and if they do, they yell at you if you ask for a time when the water is coming back! American Water recommends residents call the Sacto Health Dept. Gas leaks, water leaks, sewer leaks, crime incidents covered up- never an answer from the owners in San Jose and Morgan Hill.
Low class poorly run community – Eh is right. The place physically is OK for a low income neighborhood suffering from high foreclosures. But a 1 star - very depressing and unhealthy- the noise from the freeway is not baffled. Lots of deaths when I was there. Depresing. Many run down, vacant spaces. Most of the old timers there are snarly and gnarly. Not like the rents park in FL. Must be the noise. Why don't they get a wall up. My dog went nuts from it. I visit my aunt this summer in my cross country RV trip. So I stayed a lot in RV parks near the highway -even in those transient RV parks the hwy noise was baffled. The recreation options are meager and forced, attended by a small click of oldtimers living on the edge. Depressing. The Park itself is average for a lower income neighborhood. If that's what you want. I feel sorry for my aunt. Trying to get her to move to FL. LOL another empty space.
New park managers – Lee & Susan Enos have retired.
