watery ham. The last ham I got here was very watery. Sad to say it is the last ham they just cost to much not to be totally happy.

Best service in years!. I have shopped at honey baked ham every year for christmas and thanks giving and this year for easter as a first... The service is outstanding, fast, prices are extremely reasonable and the quality of the food phenomenol! I was taken by the fast paced extremely uppity attitude of the store manager through the chaos of the christmas rush!

not a good ham this year. This year's Honey Baked Ham was salty. We will try somewhere else next year.

GREAT FOOD GREAT SERVICE SACRAMENTO. I have never had an experience as I have had at the Sacramento store. remodel was great to see, but the customer service I received from the moment I walked in the store was out of this world!! Yes, there were other customers in the store but the wait time was short, unlike years past. Even the manager was smiling and outgoing and it was being passed down through her staff. Great job to all! Keep up the good work!!

Worst Service Ever Encountered !!! - go to the Sunrise Blvd. location instead!!. While the food may be great, you have to first be able to GET the food before you can enjoy it!

This store has the worst lines, the worst service, the worst employees I've ever seen in one store.

The line at this store around holiday time can easily loop around inside the store, out the door, and into the parking lot! The staff is very slow, extremely rude, and always acts very impatient and irritated at customers.

Years ago when it was my very first Thanksgiving, I called two weeks ahead and ordered a complete meal. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday before Turkey Day, and given a confirmation number for my order.

The day before Thanksgiving I went with confirmation number in hand to pick up my entire dinner as ordered. Once I arrived at the store I was told that my meal had been sold to someone else on a first-come first-serve basis. The same thing had happened to another woman at the store. I was totally crushed. The rude staff then tried to tell me it was my fault for not coming in earlier. When I told them that they had given me the time to come in, plus a confirmation number, and then they told me the confirmation number doesn't mean anything. Then, to try to fix their mistake, they had the nerve to offer me a cake instead. Cake? On Turkey Day? In place of my complete $90 dinner? Needless to say that night at the store the shelves were picked clean and I had to scramble to come up with Turkey Dinner for my family.

I have gone to the other HoneyBaked Ham store in Sacramento (the one on Sunrise) every year since, and I have NEVER encountered anything like the Fulton store.

The Sunrise store is terrific, go to that one instead!
