My husband and I live on a budget like many people now days. We needed a car payment that would fit into that budget and a car that would fit our needs. From the minute I talked to Patrick on the phone, I knew he would do his very best to help us. We drove from Fort Payne, Alabama to Edwards Chevrolet on 280. Although we were in a car a couple of hours both ways, it was worth the drive. Since my husband is a Teacher and didn't get off work until after 3, we were nervous we wouldn't get there in time to look at cars, fill out paperwork, and get the loan finalized. Patrick told us not to worry, he would stay as late as he needed to so that we could get everything finished that night. He worked hard to help us find the car we needed, and he kept his word. He stayed as long as he had to, so that we could drive our car home that night. He is a compassionate, kind, hard working man that made sure we had just exactly what we needed.

We ended up being able to purchase a brand new car with less than 10 miles on it when we drove it off the lot. Our car fits our family needs and the payment is within our budget.
I truly appreciate Patrick for all of his hard work. I would recommend to everyone that they should go to Edwards Chevrolet to purchase a car that fit their needs in every way. I would also recommend that the shopper ask for Patrick. He is nice, hardworking and he also aims to please his customers if at all possible.
If I could rate this dealership and the people who work for them any higher, I would give them the highest rate as possible. They deserve a high rating for all the hard work that they do to help customers on a daily basis.
Normally a first time buyer would dread going to any car lot looking for a new car. I had that same feeling until my grandmother and I were approached by a jolly young man named Danny Mayo. He was genuinely enthusiastic and extremely helpful. As a car salesman, of course Mr. Mayo wanted to make the sale, but you could tell that he also wanted us to have a positive experience at Edwards Chevrolet. We gave him a price range and a vague description of the kind of car we were looking for. He showed us everything on the lot that was within those margins. When I came across a 2014 Chevy Equinox, that was not in our price range, Danny noticed that I fancied the car. He told me all about the car, even though it was not in our range. He offered to find a used or an older model that I would be interested in. We took the information home and next thing we know, Danny gives us a call and says he has a few of the Exquinox that were in our price range. We went back to the lot and Danny gave us a grand tour of the car. He showed us every button, gadget, and function of the car. We were very impressed. So much so, that we purchased the car the very next day. Danny helped set up the On Star application, as well as the Blue Tooth phone function in the car. He even called a few days later to see how we were liking the car. We are very pleased with our purchase and our experience at Edwards Chevrolet, thanks to Mr. Danny Mayo.
