I just join town & Country Acceptance I dont know too much about yet But it was reccomended to me so I want to see how good they or.

I have been with this company for a few years now...when i first signed up with them i had judgments and horrible credit, I had payday loans draining my account. They try to tell you they wont work with them is a complete lie my guess is so they can keep draining your account. They have absolutely got me out of debt and helped me rebuild my credit so i was able to buy my home!!! I now have one affordable payment and can breathe now. I noticed in some of the reviews they were very contractdictive one says they advised her to close her account so she could get her account open with them & not worry about the pdls,but was mad when the payday loans hit her account b/c she didnt follow what they advised and they tell you the $195 is refunded once you have paid your balance off with them not when you just decide you dont want to pay them anymore. Its quite evident why some of these people are still in the mess their in. I assure anyone who is looking for help to rebuild their credit and get out of debt this will 100 percent help you. Please do not just got by negative reviews by people who have no will power to finish what they start and want to complain about the only people that are trying to offer them some help and relief. IF YOU WERE BETTER OFF PAYING YOUR BILLS YOURSELF, THEY WOULD BE PAID!!!

I checked out the facebook page. It was hopeful. I have paid and waiting to things moving. My mother joined too. It is pretty much my last hope. I guess time will tell.

Please Be TruthFul/Mother4 Cant Loose.. – Please let me know when was the last time somebody really did anything with this company i'm talking in the last 6mths to a 1yr!!! I can't loose mother of 4 lovley girls and I cant take a chance!!!! Will Love to get my life back together so that it will be alot easier on me and my little ladys....

Soveryhappy – i thank GOD i found this company i was up to my ears in paydays and everyother bill. They got all of it stopped and back on track financially and credit wise..anyone who has a bad review has to be stupid and didnt give them time to get the transition period done..it took time to get your self in this trouble its going to take time & effort to get out

NEW to signing up for help – Every ones situation is different, i am in debt up to my eye balls and i am 6ft 7in so u can imagine, i am hoping town&country can help i just started, with them, signed up, paid the fee, they seem helpful so far, i am waiting for them to contact the PDL's (11) and get me a lower rate, they said it would take a day, i am worried because of all the negative letters here. but i am keeping hope i am tired of being broke every payday, they said they could help. waiting patiently.:>(

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY – I ws told that they pay off loans w/in 2 days after calling and negotiating w/ Co. Wasn't told that the $ I pay them mnthly is the money that they would give to the co. I also wasn't told that the money that you give them, the loan company's won;t accept or can't apply to your balance until your check is returned to them. Then Town & Country can make arrangments. Until then they will still take money out, Town & Country only sends over a proposal and the loans company's have the option of responding to them or not. I kept being told that once they started contacting them, the calls to me would stop. I wondered why they kept advising me to put a hold on the account, stop payement or close it. I'm like, why would I want to do that. But it's because they can'y negotiate anything until your "check bounces" Once they got my money, on November 29, 2010, after almost 2 weeks of me talking to them making sure that I was properly informed, now I'm being told all sorts of things by Camille and Katherine who are in "customer service" I always tell people it's cheaper 2 call creditors urself . I definitely would not have paid them if I knew that all they do is send the money that you send to them, to the loan company's. That why I was told later, "well the amount that you pay depends on how soon you want these things to be paid off." Another thing. They said they called four of my loan companys and they didn't. One company I owed $455 to, they sent them over and agreed to take $420. I'm like what kind of deduction of interest/finance charges is that. Then they say the $195 is refundable. How is it refundable if now, once they have my money you tell me that I can't get that back because that money is used to open the account and for the reps to make phone calls to creditors. I called and spoke with Elizabeth, who is listed on your paperwork as general manager, on Tues Dec 14. After going back and forth, she states that she would give half back. I was not happy at all, and was ready to take a trip to AL and I live in CALI, but it's better than nothing. HALF if $97.50. I got the check yesterday for $90! I wrote her a nice long ltr n faxed it right now letting her no of my disgust with her lies to me. I'd advise you to call them, don't let them have you talk to Jessica, talk to Elizabeth, tell her you want all of your money back. Write them, fax them... Do not speak with Katherine or Camille, Elizabeth is the one in charge. Don't take no for an answer. the reps only tell you so much and once they have your money, the truth comes out.
