Great customer service, Poor parking, Noisy, Not the best pizza I've ever had. – I came with a group of eight people from work. It was so noisy you could barely hear what anyone was saying unless you were sitting next to them. We liked our waitress and the service was excellent. None of us had eaten there before, so we couldn't recommend anything to each other. I had "Fried Pepperoni" pizza, a house salad and ice tea. I wish I had chosen something else. If I go again, I'll get the grilled salmon.

Nice atmosphere, good food. – Waiter was stuck up and unfriendly. But all else was terrific, good food, and yes the cheese dip was good. Bartender served tasty martinis. Our group had a good time.

Over-rated, Over-priced, and Over-hyped – This pretentious, over-priced and over-hyped restaurant gets my award for the biggest sell-job in Little Rock. Their eclectic menu looks and sounds wonderful, but they salt everything to death and the service is dreadful.

My wife recently returned from an out-of-town trip and when I picked her up at the airport, it was dinner time, we were both hungry, and although our previous experience with their food had not been a good one, we decided to give them another try.

We arrived and after hunting down someone to seat us, were finally ready to order. Their wine list showed only California wines and my wife, a distinguished wine connoisseur wondered if they might have French, Italian or Australian wines. She pointed out that it was, after all, an Italian motif restaurant. I said I would summon the waiter and ask. A bright young man came right over and I posed the question. As God is my witness, here was his verbatim response: ?I don?t know. I?m not a wine-person.? Startled, I said the first thing that came out of my flabbergasted mouth. ?Well, you know, it?s not about you.? Instead of being offended he looked startled and after thinking about it for a minute, said ?It?s not?? I may have been the first person he had encountered in his time waiting on customers to suggest that waiting tables is about customers, not the staff. We got up and left and never went back.

This place is a dive! – What a horrible thing; to write a review on your own restaurant. shame on you, but since i have your attention, I stepped into your place and thought that the food was very lacking and has nothing to offer the good people of little rock. The cheese dip is good but everything else is horrible. Push the cheese dip and drop some of the soups.

ha ha ha ha ha – The reviewer "markaber" below would be Mark Abernathy, the owner. "Brett Basset" is also his step son. Do what you want with that but the other reviews are probably more accurate.

cafeteria with waiters and dim lights – Tries too hard to be something it isn't. The prices wouldn't be so bad if the food was prepared properly.

Alright, didn't live up to all I had heard – After seeing this on Rachael Ray and hearing so much about how awesome it is. Me and my wife decided to give it a try. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was an absolutely horrible parking arrangement but we could live with that. Upon entrance we waited for a good 30-40 minutes to be seated which is normal for restaraunts in the area. We got seated to eat and the first thing I noticed was the tremendous amount of noise. I don't know why but it was so loud in the restaraunt I could not even carry on a decent conversation with my wife. We ordered the famous cheese dip which tasted to me like tostitos con queso sauce heated up with some kernels of corn added. In other words not nearly as wonderful as the resteraunt makes it out to be.

For our entree's my wife had Treasure of the Sea and I had a blackened sirloin with a very fancy description. My wife liked her entree quite a bit although it seemed to be lacking on the sea flavor and making up with it by having a ton of Penne Pasta. My sirloin despite the fancy name turned out to be a normal steak with some onion rings and a marginal steak sauce on the side. I will say though that I enjoyed the mashed potatoes and cream sauce (yeah, that's what they call gravy there).

Would I eat there again?

Yes, but there are many places in Little Rock I would eat at first.

Best Tortilla Soup this side of San Anto – The soups here are definitely my favorites, I think I have tried them all, the Roasted Red Bell Pepper, Lobster Bisque and of course, my all time favorite, the Tortilla. It is actually even better than I had on my quest for the "Best" in Texas and Mexico. The seafood specials are always fresh and served with imaginative, falvorful sauces. What a fun lively atmosphere with something for everyone. I enjoy it often. Try it if you haven't. Great staff. Try the Tamales at Lunch on Wednesday/Catfish on Friday. Great Private Party Room in back with a New Orleans style patio. Sunday Brunch try the Eggs Benedict. Don't forget the cheese dip and crab cakes...to die for.

Best Cheese Dip – As reported in the newspapers, Loca Luna does have the best cheese dip on the planet. The Crab Cakes were killer too. It's lively and fun.
