Shopping for my pre-owned car at ABC Nissan was a mistake from step one I met with Sales associate Steven Montoya. The first issue was that he tried to get me to agree to a %15.9 interest rate on the purchase. That is a ridiculous rate for someone with good credit. I balked at that and he came back with an offer of zero percent interest for 39 months so I agreed to cSontinue negotiations. We agreed on a price and I was taken to finance. In finance I met with Jamie Husgen, an equally incompetent employee. When I was signing the paperwork there was a previously undisclosed charge for "club plus" $1290.00that was never discussed with me. Mr. Husgen informed me that it was a charge for the benefit of zero interest. This should have been discussed by Steven Montoya before I agreed to the purchase but it was not. Mr Husgen sold me an extended maintenance plan for $3200.00 which he claimed would pay for regular maintenance as well as equipment repairs. I am skeptical as to the veracity of that statement. Extended contracts as a rule do not pay for schedule maintenance costs. I also asked Mr Husgen as to how the fee for the extended contract was calculated Mr Husgen became inpatient with me because I was questioning these additional charges. He said he never has had a deal take so long or had anyone question these charges. I would say that if Mr Husgen cannot spend the time necessary to answer all questions of a customer he belongs in a different job. My night mare continued when I got home, I was looking for the owners manual but there was non provided. I called Mr Montoya and asked him if I could get a owners manual He said that he would get back to me but never did. After non receiving a response from Mr. Montoya I called the dealership again and was promised a call back which never happened. I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager. Instead of getting a manager I got someone in human resources who promised me a call back. At the end of the day I did get a call from Melissa who informed me that they could not order a manual for me, not even as a courtesy. She did manage to find me a substitute manual for the same car but a different year, but ordering me a manual that matches my car was out of the question unless I paid for it. Also I was provided only one key for the vehicle I was informed by Melissa that they could not provided another key because the cost of a second key would cost $300.00 and she could not do that for me.. Keep in mind I paid them $1290 extra for some club plus charge in addition to $3200.00 for an extended warranty and they can not provide me an extra key. I had Toyota's for the last fourteen years. I should have gone back to Toyota. I will never buy Nissan again. I shudder to think what kind of service to expect over the next 48 months I planned on keeping the vehicle.
We should have walked out of ABC Nissan the moment the person we made an
appointment with took the day off. Who does that? When you make an
appointment with someone and confirm it you show up for it. ABC Nissan
advertises good prices on their website but when you show up they state that
these prices reflect all the discounts and none of the dealer add-ons. Once
they add these back in the price jumps considerably. It’s false
advertising to lure you in. They also do not like to disclose the price of
the car to you they instead ask you how much you want to pay a month.
Another thing they ask for your credit or debit card for some lame reason
and don’t return it until you go to finance where they try to add things
you don’t need to the price of the car. This tactic is used to keep you in
the dealership and make it difficult for you to leave. We were there for 6
hours with sometime almost an hour wait between people talking with us. It
was ridiculous and I’m a fool for staying there don’t be fools like me.

Never ever ever purchase a car here. I have been a Nissan owner for the past ten years and never have endured such bad customer service the entire time. I can't wait to trade in my Nissan down the street. They were not up front with me, did not communicate with me, and totally could have cared less about the trouble or wasted time I endured. After being told I was approved for an Altima, 20 days later, I was phoned by some random person (Jose) at ABC telling me to come in to fill out more paper work, little did I know that until sitting down with Jose that I needed to come up with 1,500.00 more dollars down for the car. He was rude, not concerned, and literally left me to sit for 25 minutes. Tyler, the one who sold me the vehicle was not honest with me either even after me telling him I did not want the vehicle until final approval was made. David did nothing for me and was rude and told me I was lucky he even called me back and told me that I was no longer a customer even though I still have my two year old Nissan which I purchased from them. I was totally blindsided, did not receive proper communication, and was treated worse than any other time that I have ever purchased any of my vehicles. They have no idea what they are doing there. ... If you want to purchase a car and keep your deal, Please save yourself some time and don't go to ABC Nissan.
No concern for their customers, perspective customers, or anyone except the dollar they are attempting to retrieve. Worse place to purchase a vehicle. Find another dealership in the valley that has ethical standards, trained professionals, and morals!!!!!
This dealership doesn't even deserve 1 STAR. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Amazing SERVICE Dept and SALES – Everyone from the time I opened my door in the parking lot was courteous and professional. Ed Edmonds exceeded my expectations and helped guide me through the car buying process. He was honest, knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect car!
This is not my first time buying a car from ABC Nissan. The entire team in service and sales are always a pleasure to do business with!
