Good chili con queso – This food is okay for a chain restaurant. At least they know that chili con queso exists which is more than can be said for most highly touted Tucson restaurants.

While the food is not worth writing home about it is not bad.

Tucson, not Texas – Tex-Mex in Tucson? What will they think of next? Going to On The Border in Tucson is like going to Red Lobster in San Francisco or Boston.

It's not even very good Tex-mex (and I live in TX). It's fine for folks who want the idea of Mexican food without actually trying mole or pipian or carne seca.

Good Time – This is not for authenic mexican food goers. It's more of a mexi-tex style. They do have great chile rellenos and tortilla soup along with the home made flout toritllas. I can't wait to get back to a town with one!

ALPO anyone! – The first time I ate at OTB was when I was living in Baton Rouge. My roomate (who was a total whitebread, Midwest boy until high school when he became brown) and I were jonesing for Mexican as we were from the southwest, so we thought we'd give it a try. The only word that comes to mind when I (and he) think of that horrible experience is "ALPO," as in the canned dog food. Being Mexican and pretty much growing up in Tucson and Los Angeles, all I can say is that this dog food factory is an affront to any good Mexican restaurant that even exists. I agree with the previous post from dclausen (Darren Clausen?), this food is probably great if you're from, maybe, the Midwest. You betcha!

okay if your from Connecticut – average food and safe if you don't enjoy genuine mexican food. Simply put, a great place for fans of Taco Bell.
