Horrible Experience – Quoted 45 min. Waited over an hour. Then once we were seated we were not acknowledged for 15mins. until we asked another server 'who' our server was. After 30mins we finally got drinks. The manager said she'd take care of us but after we got drinks we never saw her again. The food was good. The check came not divided like we had asked and they added on 15% gratuity! I understand the gratuity but not when we didn't have a server and considering the situation. I had read the other reviews before going to this location & I thought there was no way that an Olive Garden could ever be this bad. . . but they are TRUE! This location is HORRIBLE and we will never return.

What can I say? It's Olive Garden... – Having visited Olive Garden recently, I have to say I was sorely disappointed in the wait staff! We asked for many things we were never given, and when we asked what one dish contained, the waitress rolled her eyes as if she had just had enough of us! Never were we rude to her or bothered her in any way. She may have been having a bad day, I'll give her that. But, there is never a reason to roll your eyes at someone and act like the world is ending when waiting is YOUR JOB!

The food was okay. It's Olive Garden, after all.

Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant. – In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

An okay Value.... – Seems they have increased their prices for the same portions...but the food was very good. I had the meat ravioilis with the 3 sauces (tomato/meat, my favorite; basil pesto; white-garlic sauce ). The server did not know the name of the different pastas, but the service was prompt and the food was hot. Overall, a good experience, but getting on the pricy side.

Why the wait? Why wait? – The one thing I hate more then waiting for a seat in a resturant is waiting for a seat in a bad resturant when there are plenty of empty tables!

The worst culprit of this is the Olive Garden. With its awful tasting sauce and it horrible wine (that they try to shove done your throat) it should be seating people as they enter. Regardless of the time of day I have always had to wait to be seated. Has the place been full? Never! If it wasn't for my pregnant wife's crazy cravings I would never have set foot in an Olive Garden again.

Instead of waiting, for nothing, go to a Gavi's which is probably the closest thing to northeast (USA) Italian food here in Tucson.

THE WORST!! – I went there THREE times with coworkers. Each time i ordered my favorite simple dish Chicken Cutlet parmigiana with spaghetti w/marinara sauce on the side. Service took forever sauce tasted like it came out of a can food was cold and chicken cutlet was dripping with oil deep fried when it should be baked. I'm from new york . I hear however the one on oracle is better. Havent tried it yet.

Never again!

Best in Town? – This place is the biggest insult to Italian Americans. This is not Italian food- wake up people! I feel so sorry for those who think this is good food. You were probably raised on Chef Boyardee! And Caruso's and Gavi aren't much better. If you doubt me, go to Italy and you will see. In fact, the food is so good, you will not want to come back!

Chain store – What can you expect from a chain restaraunt? Well how about the same mediocre meal everytime for starters. The beauty of Olive Garden is that all their meals come in frozen, and their masterful chefs delicately thaw them out and make them oh so perfect. I still can't understand how such a place could use frozen food, but then again theres always mcdonalds

To AMerican – How can Olive Garden be considered one of the best Italian restaurants? Come on folks, obviously you have not eaten real Italian food!

The only thing they have going for them is the salad...
