They've done more than I would have expected from any car dealership, and my wife is extremely pleased with her new car.
Our salesman is a terrific person, who has been wonderfully responsive and has gone the extra mile to help us- not only with the purchase and delivery of the car, but with the emergency issue we had with and older car that we own. His background in service has also been very helpful

I have known Brian since buying my first Audi in 1997 and have felt extremely lucky to have a person of his integrity guiding me through the last thirteen plus years regarding how to best maintain my Audis
I had a great experience with this dealership. I had to drive 120 miles, but it was worth it after dealing with incompetence and arrogance of Audi of Chandler. Both Audi dealerships in Phoenix are owned by the same entity, and with no competition, both have very poor level of customer service. My experience at Audi of Tucson was refreshing, we worked out a deal on my new S4 in 30 min.
They run a top notch operation. I enjoy doing business with the sales and service departments.
Nice new "Quattro Lounge" free wi-fi, free Starbuck's coffee. And since they were the dealer I purchased from, free loaner cars. Can't say enough about how well they treat me. They even wash my car for any service.
Brian has gone well beyond what a manager is required to do and it is important to recognize that. An example that comes to mind is when I had a flat tire last summer while parked at Park Place. When I came our of the theatre at 5 p.m, I found no one to help me change the tired I had purchasesd a couple of days before from Chapman Audi. Out of desperation on a hot afternoon, I called Audi service after hours and Brian picked up the phone. He came and changed the tire himself and had me follow him back to the shop to be sure all was well with the car. In addition he has always been readily available to discuess options regarding the autos when I had had questions or was unsure of which path to take. This type of attention is rare indeed at a time when service is all but lost in retail and service industries. Brian is a real professional.
It is clear that Brian and the management team have cafefully selected his staff. Eric and Dan have been equally helpfyul to me over the last few years, as have the people in the parts department. I feel I made friends during the last thirteen years and value that kind of treatment and attention. We rarely seem to recognize the good in our representative/employees; we seem more concerned with the things that go wrong. Please be aware that Mr. Herring is a gem in your organization, and I feel his professional and personal attention make him an outstanding employee!
