Steve was very informative and diligent. He reviewed the history of the repairs made on my car and took care of the things that should be repaired. I'm very pleased with his work.
I have no complaints. Everything went smoothly. I went in to have my timing belt replaced and two new motor mounts installed. I was provided with a rental car for twenty four hours. The repair went according to plan and I was able to pick up my car the next day.
I had an emergency w my Acura when I was here from out of town. I called the Acura dealership here in Tucson as I was very anxious as to the repair costs, etc. Due to Joe assistance I was able to get my car repaired in a timely and cost effective manner. Joe was very helpful and provided customer service over and above any other dealerships that I have dealt with and went out of his way to assist me. I would highly recommend Joe and his crew at the Acura dealership in Tucson for their excellent customer service.
I drove in with a dead battery, and immediately three Chapman Acura employees including the Service Manager came to the rescue. They quickly tested the battery, diagnosed the problem, and the parts guy (John) quickly pulled a brand new one from stock, and in a matter of minutes they had the new one installed, and I was out and on my way. Since the dead battery was still under warranty, there were no charges or fees. I was really amazed how fast, efficient, courteous, and thorough everyone was- I thought it might take hours to fix me up. Great thanks and praise for the Chapman Acura team!
I have always been pleased with the level of service and the friendliness of your customer service reps at Chapman. They have been very accomodating in providing a loaner car when needed. I love my Acura, but feel that the service costs are getting pricey.
I had an appointment time and arrived a little early. They took my car for servicing immediately. I went to the waiting area and read the newspaper. Before i could finish reading the newspaper, Steve came in and said my car had been services and washed, and was ready for me to drive away. This is really quick service and always with a smile.
In my Owner's manual, there are spaces to have the services performed at the dealership logged into the manual. This is the fourth servicing of my new RDX, and previous service notations have not been entered by the service department. Steve noticed this and took my manual into his office and updated all previous and current services performed to my RDX. Now I have a full service record for my new car. Thanks again Steve.
There was a very nice young man who wrote up my service record initially. Unfortunately, my old mind has forgotten his name. He was very pleasant and checked out the wear condition of my tires and directed me to the waiting room. Very nice initial impression for the dealership.
An amazing buying experience. – I recently purchased a silver 2010 Acura TL. Everyone at this dealership were extremely helpful and they all had a high standard of customer service. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to have a good experience when purchasing a vehicle.

I was greeted when I arrived and I was given an estimate for cost and time when repair would be complete and it was done on time and budget. There was no pressure to do additional work. The car was delivered after being cleaned. Joe described the work that was done and followed up to make sure that I was satisfied and that everything was ok with the car.
Time and again, regardless of the reason for my visit, Joe has made it an extraordinary one! I would like to ensure he gets the kudos he deserves for his people skills, technical knowledge, and customer service. I was once recommended a shop to begin taking my car to that offered the same services for less money and came highly recommended. Because of the rapport I feel that I have with Joe, I chose not to pay less and move my business elsewhere. This man deserves a raise!!
Was able to get me in on the same day and also provided me a discount for a very expensive service to replace the inverter & ignitor for my HID lights.
