Tips for Butterfly Pavilion
Great time. My girlfriend and I had a great time here today. There was not much to see besides the butterfly area, but the price was reasonable. The butterflies literally can land on you. There are about a thousand butterflies in the area. Really alot of fun.

In Short
Caterpillars from as far away as Kenya and Malaysia are shipped to the Pavilion to complete their cycle of life from cocoon to butterfly. Visitors can watch as more than 1,000 butterflies of different species feast on nectar and land on guests in this tropical space (the Pavilion averages 80 degrees). Check out the Crawl-a-see-em and the Water's Edge Exhibit area. There is also an insect center, habitat exhibits and a chrysalis-viewing area.
family fun. This is a wonderful place to bring the kids. Our family couldn't stop talking about the butterflies for days!
Babies Love Butterflies. Finding stuff to do with a 9 month old in the Fall/Winter just got easier. I got a membership which pays for itself once you go to this wonderland a couple of times. They have so many different butterflies. It is truly an amazing place. My daughter thinks it is the greatest to have a butterfly land on her stroller. Their gift shop has a great selection of toys and other bug related stuff for babies to adults to enjoy.
