I have been trying to contact them for weeks in regards to a finicial question. Have left countless voicemails, emails, and everything else. No manger here returns calls, and reading all these reviews it makes sense! STAY AWAY

I purchased an SUV (a Lexus) and it was a simple process...in the beginning. I opted for a Car Care Service Plan (which includes oil change, tire rotation and filters every 3000 mile for 3 years) and an Extended Warranty. I was assured that I would be able to use the Car Care Service Plan at the Lexus dealership (the Lexus dealership is fabulous and provides complimentary loaner cars and SO much more). When it was time to have my car serviced at Lexus using the Car Care Service plan, I discovered that the Car Care Service Plan would only cover $36 of the service, which was not in the paperwork for the plan, and I had to pay for the difference myself. When I went back to Quality Mitsubishi to speak with them about the lack of coverage provided in the Car Care Service Plan, they did not offer ANY sort of compensation for my out of pocket cost from my services that they specifically told me would be covered and said I should have just gone to their dealership for the services. WHY WOULD I GO TO MITSUBISHI FOR MY SERVICES WHEN THEY SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME LEXUS IS A PART OF THE CAR CARE SERVICE PLAN!?!? The only thing I was able to do was cancel the plan. The managers, Steve, Aaron and the Finance Manager, Jonathan, were RUDE, condescending and unapologetic. I was warned about this dealership prior to purchasing my vehicle and try to take these types of reviews with a grain of salt; however, in this care, do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE YOUR NEXT VEHICLE.
Quality Mitsubishi = Car Buying Nightmare – My husband and I purchased a 2008 Toyota Highlander from Quality Mitsubishi in February of this year. We were in love with the car until two months after we purchased the car and the horrible alignment shredded our tires (please keep in mind that we did not get into an accident or hit anything in the car). We got the alignment fixed and purchased all new tires to the tune of $800. We called Quality hoping that they would stand behind the car they sold and after several weeks of indecision they told us they could not help us. We took our lumps and went on with our lives hoping that our car was fixed. Unfortunately it was not and the alignment was severely off again in a few weeks. We then took it to a Toyota dealership in town who immediately looked at the car and knew there was something wrong. The something wrong was a bent Lower Left Control Arm, which cost us $1,400 to fix. We again called Quality to see if they could work with us since they had assured us that their 125 point check guaranteed a quality car but the car they sold us had obviously been in an accident before we purchased it. Instead of standing behind their product and their work Quality told my husband (in not so nice words) that it was our problem and not theirs. My recommendation to anyone purchasing a car is to stay away from Quality. They are a prime example of a dishonest car dealership and turned a positive experience of buying a new car into a nightmare.
DISHONEST AND RUDE – Two weeks after selling me, they came back with ridiculous new terms. Very high interest rate and wanting 12 years worth of documentation from my corporation. I have a credit score of 789, my business has an excellent credit score as well. My business owns 6 vehicles, so I know how easy the loan process should be and what data is necessary. I asked if they could do a business loan they said "of course", turns out they could not without ridiculous amounts of paperwork. When I wanted to cancel the deal, it was of course too late, they had already sold my previous vehicle. I later refinanced, but this company was very rude and dishonest.
