Horrible!!!! - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! My father in law spent 300 dollars less than 6 months ago on a Brand New windshield and a Technician just left my house after quoting me 250 dollars to replace it. The windshield cracked all the way across from a rock not even the size of a pinhead! Quality Product Guys! The technician even told me I was wrong when I told him that a windshield should not have cracked that easy. DO NOT USE! You've just lost my entire family/friends as customers for life! Thanks for nothing! I gave you 1 star but I wish I could have given you 0!

Violated by Safelite AutoGlass. Wow, if I hadn't been violated enough by someone breaking my car window, I am now on my 3 visit from Safelite Auto Glass. A DEFINITE NO WAY AGAIN!!!! The technician showed up to repair the window and said it would be 30 minutes or less, took over 2 hours. I looked out to see him using a pry bar on my car door, yet he said nothing to me and I got a I thought you knew something was wrong from him. My kid went to leave for a date and found that he couldn't even open the car door...damage done by technician. I reported it to the company and they sent the same technician out to review the damage! He kept telling me we are going to fix it; however, now another guy has to come check out the damage;. I reported this to my insurance company (removed from their list) and the better business bureau. Yes, they may be cheaper initially than the dealer, but their guarantee is not worth squat! I don't recommend even a call.

Bottomless Pit of Heartache. A rock broke my windshield at the start of a 3500 mile road trip. I spent two weeks dealing with Safelite that I can only describe as a bottomless pit of heartache. Missed appointments, unkept promises, unwillingness to go an extra inch to get the job done. Long story short, I had to finish my trip and waste my last vacation day at home waiting for them to make a morning appointment only to have them finally show up after 5PM.

If your insurance company steers you toward these inept boobs go elsewhere to save yourself the problems. Is there a no star rating?

ads. The ads for this windshield place have been nonstop for months on the 3 Denver AM stations I Iisten to. The ads are run OVER AND OVER OVER AND OVER OVER AND OVER OVER AND OVER...

I have stopped listening to the stations. I would never use the product that is being advertised. I figure if a company is advertising that much, something is wrong. They are trying too hard and don't seem to have any idea of how irritating it is to hear the SAME AD OVER AND OVER ALL DAY LONG! WHEN WILL IT STOP?? KOA, KLIF, KHOW -- I can't get away from the stupid ad!

I have NEVER seen a product so over-advertised. It's extremely irritating. How much longer will the stupid ads run? How much is enough to put us through? I would NEVER use a company that does this..

Use Caution. I have had good service from Elite Autoglass several times before, but this last encounter leaves a bad taste in my mouth. They came out to replace my windshield that had developed a stress fracture after one week. However when they installed the new glass the tech snapped off my rear-view mirror. He handed me the mirror and quickly said, "This broke, I didn't do it". Considering they are the only company that has touched that glass, I find that VERY hard to believe. I contacted them about reimbursing me for the cost of the mirror and they refused saying that they only believe what their tech says. The manager was very rude about the entire issue and even went so far as to say some kid probably broke it off. Funny...we've never had any kids in that car. Long story short, I'm out $100 for a new mirror and have to find a new company.

Outstanding customer service. I had gone to Elite to replace my windshield. About a week later, a small rock cracked it and cracked the new windshield. I took it back to the Elite on 120th, and even though it wasn't their fault, they came out to my place and replaced it... completely for free. Additionally, they could not have been any nicer. I wish all businesses had the same customer service skills these guys do!

Very professional and stands behind their product. These guys are great! They showed up at my house when they were supposed to and called ahead to confirm. They repaired some chips on a hot day, so when my windshield accidentally cracked, they replaced my windshield and made sure I was satisfied.

Good News~ Bad News. So most of us like to hear the bad news first. The BAD NEWS ~ I'd like to start by saying that I had made an appointment at 11 AM. They proceeded to tell me about the standard hour and 1/2 wait time. Which I understood. They actually wait 1 hour and 45 mins. All is cool right ? NOPE not this time. Somehow they were understaffed and even though I was there on time and first in line , somehow my install was pushed back until 12 Noon. Which mean I had a wait time of 2 hours 45 mins. It was a awful service that I will recover from. Although they gave no explanation of why I had to wait so long. The GOOD NEWS, well they do stand behind their guarantee... and replaced a windshield that was about 6months old , that had developed a stress cracked windshield. I do however will think twice before using their services , My time is just as valuable as theirs.

Very disappointing service and my situation still isn't resolved.... Elite Auto Glass has been a huge pain to deal with. After a lot of confusion in scheduling a an off-site appointment, Elite Auto Glass was a no call, no show on the monday morning when the appointment had been scheduled (causing me to miss work for nothing). When I called to reschedule the appointment, I talked to two reps that seemed to have no clue about my appointment and no interest in helping me resolve the situation, only passing the responsibility. So here I am, a frustrated customer who still hasn't received a call back to sort out the situation. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.
