Racism at Bravo??? – My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton in downtown Denver for a weekend. We were dining at Bravo and several young African American's came into the restaurant to make reservations for their Prom night . At that point, we overheard the Manager of Bravo say that, "those are not the kind of people we want here".

I am White and my wife is Black, needless to say we were appalled at the outright racism we had overheard. We have vowed to never stay at a Sheraton Hotel or dine at a restaurant associated with them.

Get a kid named "Watson" to cook for you!! – We're from Vegas, and have traveled the world tasting food from various hotels and privately owned restaurants. We got the special when we were at Bravo! and this short Asian guy was our cook for the night. We were watching him cook through the open kitchen. The food was amazing! Later found out from other sources, that it was his recipe and his special for the night. I asked for seconds.

Truely, this young kid knows his food, spices, and how to entice emotions from his cooking. I can only call him . . . Dr. Watson...bringing chemistry into his food.

Watson elevated Italian cuisine, brought it east, and presented it with bravado unexpected in a chef so unheralded, so young, so . . . Watson is pulling punches on the flavors that established his brand in the future. I hope this kid keep up his cooking and bring us more flavorful food that taps into our emotions.

I went back the next night and he was not working. I would have to say the food was only average. Is this even an Italian Restaurant? Who came up with that menu? Where is that special I am craving for?

Wow! What a great time!!! – The food was a little fancy for our normal tastes, but we were amazed at how incredible it all tasted! We were hesitant to book a reservation because they advertise a singing waitstaff, but we were totally blown away with the whole experience. The singing was very mild and created a perfectly pampered experience. I had the Halibut with English Pea Risotto and my wife had the Bison Filet. Both were incredible. And save room for dessert because they are worth it!!!

Highly recomend!!!

Great for big parties – I recently planned a dinner for 25 of my coworkers and employees. After shopping around for the right place I landed on Bravo! Ristorante. Weeks prior to the dinner I began planning. I spoke with and emailed the Assistant Manager who was very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful in planning a menu for the right cost and that would accomodate the entire group. We settled upon a wonderful halibut dish with a pancetta vinaigrette and bison filet with foie gras.

My group arrived to the restaurant and we were escorted to the private dining room to "cocktail" and have hor'dorves. We all settled into our seats and pre selected bottles of wine were poured by a team of two very attentive waiters. They proceeded to bring out caesar salads to each of the guests. Their housemade caesar dressing was the best I've ever tried! After our salads, we all enjoyed a nice intermezzo of pomegranite sorbetto and champagne. I chose the bison filet for my entree. It was cooked perfectly to my liking. It was on a bed of sauteed swiss chard and had a nice big, perfectly seared piece of foie gras on one side and a sweet berry jam on the other. The contrast of the lean meat, the slightly bitter swiss chard, the foie gras and the sweet jam worked perfectly together. For dessert we had a rich and creamy ricotta creme brulee. Throughout dinner, the servers performed wonderful solos and duets in the main dining room. Over all, the service was excellent, the food was flawless and the ambiance was enchanting.

Amazing dining experience! – I visited Denver on a business trip and was referred to Bravo Ristaurante by a colleague from the Denver area. I decided to go to Bravo for a dinner meeting and it was one of the best dinners I've had! The food was delicious, servers professional, and the live show tunes were a charming addition. It was so good that I went back again the next night!

We were told that a new chef had started not too long ago and revamped the menu. Our favorites were the seared scallops and foie gras appetizer, rabbit bolognaise blanco, halibut, and Kobe beef rib eye. Go soon to try these asthe menu changes seasonally!

Being from NYC and surrounded by amazing restaurants, I was very excited to discover Bravo, and I'll definitely be returning on my upcoming visits!

Breaks the Bank! – Food is mostly good, but small portions, and unbelieveable prices. Be sure to call ahead to find out.......they sometimes hand you a multi-course menu with no prices listed and wait for you to fall off the chair when they bring the bill. The entertainers are wonderful and almost worth the price of admission, but unless you're loaded and want to drop a bundle, beware.

Great Italian food is served at this large and elegant restaurant in the Adam's Mark Denver hotel. – In Short
The scene here includes windows overlooking the 16th Street Mall and servers who entertain diners with classics and Broadway show tunes. The menu features Steelhead salmon prepared in the wood-burning oven served over sun-dried tomato pasta. There are also nightly specials, like the prawns served with a soufflé of caramelized goat cheese and a brandade (salt cod and potato) cake. For dessert, there's a scrumptious ganache.

Wonderful! – I have frequented this restaurant for 5 years, mainly for the waitstaff and the singing.

But let me tell you, their new chef has really turned the food around. Delicious! If you

haven't been their in 2006. GO BACK!

Loved it – Very good in all areas. When I was there, they had waiters singing at the piano. It is on the higher priced side, but still an enjoyable meal for the price.

Nice ambience, live piano music, live opera being sung, very relaxing environment.

Bravo! – This was such an incredible date. If you are a musical or opera lover - you will love it. Definitely, go for the Halibut!
